Abstract
Description
[1]図4(A)に示すように工具を位置決めしてコレット240を前進させ、モータ側端子110とユニット側端子210との当接部分(機械加工部230)に、芯部241の穴開け部241Aで穴を開ける。
[2]芯部241のくさび形状の先端が絶縁部材205に入ったら、芯部241のみを更に挿入し、くさび形状の先端を拡げる。
[3]その状態から今度はコレット240を後退させ、各端子110及び210の当接部分に接合部位を形成する。コレット240を後退させることにより、同時に接合部位の抜け止め機構が形成される。
[4]図4(C)に示すように芯部241を後退させて抜き、くさび形状を萎ませて工具を抜く。
上記方法[1]〜[4]により、モータ側端子110及びユニット側端子210の形状や加工精度に関係なく、電気接続部の接続面積及び接続面圧を長期間に渡り適切に保つことができる。

Claims (16)
- モータのモータ側端子と、前記モータの制御ユニットのユニット側端子との端子接続部であって、
前記モータ側端子及び前記ユニット側端子を当接させ、前記当接部分に機械加工による塑性変形を加えることで、前記モータ側端子及び前記ユニット側端子の接合部位を形成して電気的接点を形成した端子接続部。 - 前記モータ側端子及び前記ユニット側端子の少なくとも一方に穴、若しくは凹加工、若しくは凸加工、若しくは曲げ加工、若しくは薄肉加工の加工部位が形成されており、前記加工部位に位置する前記モータ側端子及び前記ユニット側端子を当接させるようになっている請求項1に記載の端子接続部。
- 前記接合部位の形成と共に、前記接合部位の抜け止め機構が形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の端子接続部。
- 前記機械加工が、クリンチかしめ、ハトメかしめ、リベットかしめの少なくとも1つである請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の端子接続部。
- 前記機械加工が、クリンチかしめ、ハトメかしめ、リベットかしめのいずれかと溶接の併用である請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の端子接続部。
- 前記接合部位が複数個所に形成されている請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の端子接続部。
- 前記モータ側端子及び前記ユニット側端子が同一の材質となっている請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の端子接続部。
- 前記材質が銅又は銅合金にメッキ処理を施した材料である請求項7に記載の端子接続部。
- 前記制御ユニットが、制御基板、インサートモールド板、パワー基板、ヒートシンクを含み、前記ユニット側端子が前記インサートモールド板から延出している請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の端子接続部。
- 前記制御ユニットが、制御基板、インサートモールド板、パワー基板、ヒートシンクを含み、前記ユニット側端子が前記パワー基板から延出している請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の端子接続部。
- 前記接合部位の拡がりが、前記モータの軸方向に沿っている請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の端子接続部。
- 前記接合部位の拡がりが、前記モータの径方向に沿っている請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の端子接続部。
- モータのモータ側端子と、前記モータの制御ユニットのユニット側端子との端子接続方法であって、
前記モータ側端子及び前記ユニット側端子を当接させ、前記当接部分に機械加工による塑性変形を加え、前記モータ側端子及び前記ユニット側端子の接合部位を形成し、前記モータ側端子及び前記ユニット側端子の電気的接点を形成する端子接続方法。 - 前記接合部位を形成し、その後、更に前記接合部位の抜け止め機構を形成する請求項12に記載の端子接続方法。
- モータのモータ側端子と、前記モータの制御ユニットのユニット側端子との端子接続方法であって、
前記モータ側端子及び前記ユニット側端子の少なくとも一方に穴、若しくは凹加工、若しくは凸加工、若しくは曲げ加工、若しくは薄肉加工の加工部位を形成し、前記加工部位に位置する前記モータ側端子及び前記ユニット側端子を当接させ、前記当接部分に機械加工による塑性変形を加え、前記モータ側端子及び前記ユニット側端子の接合部位を形成し、前記モータ側端子及び前記ユニット側端子の電気的接点を形成する端子接続方法。 - 前記接合部位を形成し、その後、更に前記接合部位の抜け止め機構を形成する請求項15に記載の端子接続方法。
