Abstract
Description
(1) 水酸基含有化合物(A)、イソシアネート基含有化合物(B)と酸性基含有ポリオール(C)とを反応させて得られるウレタンプレポリマー(X)に、(X)のイソシアネート基との反応性を有する鎖伸張剤(D)を更に反応させて得られる、ポリウレタン樹脂(Y)の水分散体を含有する、水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物であって、前記水酸基含有化合物(A)が、水酸基含有化合物(A)100質量部に対して、ポリブタジエンポリオール、水添ポリブタジエンポリオール、ポリイソプレンポリオール、および水添ポリイソプレンポリオールからなる群より選ばれる一種以上(A1)を80質量部以上含有し、前記イソシアネート基含有化合物(B)が脂肪族イソシアネート(B1)および/またはトリレンジイソシアネート(B2)を含有し、前記鎖伸張剤(D)の含有量が、ポリウレタン樹脂(Y)100質量部に対して、1〜12質量部である、水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
(2) 前記水酸基含有化合物(A)が、水酸基含有化合物(A)100質量部に対して、ポリブタジエンポリオール、水添ポリブタジエンポリオールおよびポリイソプレンポリオールからなる群より選ばれる一種以上(A1)を95質量部以上含有する、(1)記載の水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
(3)前記(X)の酸価が5〜40(mgKOH/g)である請求項1または2記載の水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
(4) さらにトリアゾール化合物および/またはベンゾイミダゾール化合物を含有する、(1)〜(3)いずれか記載の水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
(5) 電気電子部品用であることを特徴とする(1)〜(4)いずれか記載の水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
(6) (1)〜(5)いずれか記載の水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物の硬化物。
撹拌機、還流冷却管、温度計及び窒素吹き込み管を備えた4つ口フラスコに、A1成分としてポリブタジエンポリオール(Poly bd R-15HT)、B1成分としてイソホロンジイソシアネート、およびメチルエチルケトンを加え、75℃で1時間反応させることで、プレポリマーを30%含むMEK溶液を得た。さらにC成分としてジメチロールプロピオン酸、トリエチルアミン、ネオスタンU−28およびメチルエチルケトンを加え、75℃で1時間反応させ、プレポリマーを50%含むMEK溶液を得た。次に、この溶液を45℃まで冷却し、続いて、乳化水およびD成分としてアジピン酸ジヒドラジドを混合した。この乳化分散液を50℃、3トールで2時間減圧して脱溶剤を行い、最後にFSアンチフォーム013A、1,2,3−ベンゾトリアゾールおよびホクスター25%ゾルを添加し、(Y)の含有量40質量%の水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物を得た。
表1に記載の組成および含有量にて、実施例1記載の方法で調整した。

(E2)スタナスオクトエート、ネオスタンU−28(日東化成工業製)

(G1)シリコーン系消泡剤、FSアンチフォーム013A(東レダウコーニング製)
(G2)1,2,3−ベンゾトリアゾール
(G3)2−(4−チアゾリル)ベンズイミダゾール、ホクスター25%ゾル(北興化学工業製)
ポリウレタン樹脂(X)1g中に含まれる遊離カルボキシル基を中和するに要するKOHのmg数を示し、用いた酸性基含有ポリオール(ジメチロールプロピオン酸(C1)の仕込量より算出した。
(耐熱性、耐湿熱性)
1.試験片の作成
水分散体をテフロン(登録商標)容器に、wet(水分散体の状態)100μmの厚みで流し、25℃、65%RHで24時間放置し、次いで80℃24時間乾燥して得た。
2.耐熱性の評価
試験片を120℃×3000時間処理後、表面抵抗を測定し、下記の方法で評価した。なお、実施例において表面抵抗は、ADVANTEST社製 ULTRA HIGH RESISTANCE METER R8340Aを用い、25±5℃、65±5%RHで、試験片(70mm×70mm)に500Vの測定電圧を印加し、60秒後の数値を測定することで行なった。
○:表面抵抗1011Ω以上
×:表面抵抗1011Ω未満
3.耐湿熱性の評価
試験片を85℃×85%RH×3000時間処理後、前記の方法で表面抵抗を測定した。
○:表面抵抗1011Ω以上
×:表面抵抗1011Ω未満
水分散体をテフロン(登録商標)容器に、wet(水分散体の状態)100μmの厚みで流し、25℃、65%RHで24時間放置した後、前記の方法で表面抵抗を測定した。
○:表面抵抗1013Ω以上
×:表面抵抗1013Ω未満
実施例1〜12から分かるように、本発明の水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物は、耐熱性、耐湿熱性および乾燥性に優れることが分かる。
(1) 水酸基含有化合物(A)、イソシアネート基含有化合物(B)と酸性基含有ポリオール(C)とを反応させて得られるウレタンプレポリマー(X)に、(X)のイソシアネート基との反応性を有する鎖伸張剤(D)を更に反応させて得られる、ポリウレタン樹脂(Y)の水分散体を含有する、水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物であって、前記水酸基含有化合物(A)が、水酸基含有化合物(A)100質量部に対して、ポリブタジエンポリオール、水添ポリブタジエンポリオール、ポリイソプレンポリオール、および水添ポリイソプレンポリオールからなる群より選ばれる一種以上(A1)を80質量部以上含有し、前記イソシアネート基含有化合物(B)が脂環族イソシアネートおよび/またはトリレンジイソシアネート(B2)を含有し、前記鎖伸張剤(D)の含有量が、ポリウレタン樹脂(Y)100質量部に対して、1〜12質量部である、水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
(2) 前記水酸基含有化合物(A)が、水酸基含有化合物(A)100質量部に対して、ポリブタジエンポリオール、水添ポリブタジエンポリオールおよびポリイソプレンポリオールからなる群より選ばれる一種以上(A1)を95質量部以上含有する、(1)記載の水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
(3)前記(X)の酸価が5〜40(mgKOH/g)である請求項1または2記載の水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
(4) さらにトリアゾール化合物および/またはベンゾイミダゾール化合物を含有する、(1)〜(3)いずれか記載の水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
(5) 電気電子部品用であることを特徴とする(1)〜(4)いずれか記載の水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
(6) (1)〜(5)いずれか記載の水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物の硬化物。
Claims (6)
- 水酸基含有化合物(A)、イソシアネート基含有化合物(B)と酸性基含有ポリオール(C)とを反応させて得られるウレタンプレポリマー(X)に、(X)のイソシアネート基との反応性を有する鎖伸張剤(D)を更に反応させて得られる、ポリウレタン樹脂(Y)の水分散体を含有する、水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物であって、
前記水酸基含有化合物(A)が、水酸基含有化合物(A)100質量部に対して、ポリブタジエンポリオール、水添ポリブタジエンポリオール、ポリイソプレンポリオール、および水添ポリイソプレンポリオールからなる群より選ばれる一種以上(A1)を80質量部以上含有し、
前記イソシアネート基含有化合物(B)が脂肪族イソシアネート(B1)および/またはトリレンジイソシアネート(B2)を含有し、
前記鎖伸張剤(D)の含有量が、ポリウレタン樹脂(Y)100質量部に対して、1〜12質量部である、
水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。 - 前記水酸基含有化合物(A)が、水酸基含有化合物(A)100質量部に対して、ポリブタジエンポリオール、水添ポリブタジエンポリオールおよびポリイソプレンポリオールからなる群より選ばれる一種以上(A1)を95質量部以上含有する、請求項1記載の水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
- 前記(X)の酸価が5〜40(mgKOH/g)である請求項1または2記載の水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
- さらにトリアゾール化合物および/またはベンゾイミダゾール化合物を含有する、請求項1〜3いずれか記載の水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
- 電気電子部品用であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか記載の水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか記載の水系ポリウレタン樹脂組成物の硬化物。
