Abstract
Description
本実施の形態1は、アルミ製の配管を用いて成る熱交換器1とアルミ製の配管部品2がろう付を行うことで取り付けられた形態のものについて説明する。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における熱交換器1と配管部品2の接合品を示す斜視図である。図1に示されるように、熱交換器1は、冷媒が流れる複数の熱交側配管3及び周囲の媒体と熱交換を行うフィン4を備え、熱交側配管3の先端を配管取付口5と呼ぶ。また、冷媒が流れる配管部品2は、配管部品A2a、配管部品B2b、配管部品C2c及び配管部品D2dの4本の配管から構成されている。ここで、配管部品A2aは、三つ又形状であり、また、配管部品B2b及び配管部品C2cは、二又形状であり、それぞれ全ての管口が配管取付口5に取り付けられている。また、配管部品D2dは二又形状であるが、管口のうち片側のみが配管取付口5と接続され、もう一方の片側の管口は、熱交換器1とは接続されておらず自由端となっている。配管部品A2a、配管部品B2b及び配管部品C2cは、配管部品中央部6でお互いがちょうど接するように設計されている。
なお、熱交側配管3は、本発明における「熱交換器側配管」に相当する。
図2は、本発明の実施の形態1における配管のろう付部を示す断面図である。図2に示されるように、熱交側配管3の先端の配管取付口5には、端部に例えば拡管加工が施された配管部品差込用フレア10が設けられている。さらに、配管部品差込用フレア10の先端部には、拡管加工が施された、ろう材受け用フレア11が設けられている。また、配管部品差込用フレア10の内、ろう材受け用フレア11と隣り合う内周部には、突起12が設けられている。熱交側配管3の内、配管部品差込用フレア10の内径を熱交側配管内径13とする。また、配管部品2の外径を配管部品外径14とする。
なお、本実施の形態1では、熱交側配管3の内周部には、熱交側配管3の中心から120度の間隔で均等に同一の形状の突起12が形成された例を示したが、本発明はこれに限定されず、突起12を4カ所以上設けても良い。
そこで、図6及び図7を用いて、配管部品2が設計寸法通りである場合と、設計寸法通りでない場合とに分けて、配管部品2が熱交換器1に差し込まれる状態の違いについて説明する。
本実施の形態2の熱交換器1の基本的な構造は、実施の形態1と同様であるが、熱交側配管3に形成した突起12に加えて配管部品2側にも突起受け30を設ける点で相違する。したがって以下、実施の形態1との相違点を中心に本実施の形態2を説明する。
なお、本実施の形態2では、配管部品2の外周部には、配管部品2の中心から120度の間隔で均等に同一の形状の突起受け30が形成された例を示したが、本発明はこれに限定されず、突起受け30を4カ所以上設けても良い。
本実施の形態3の基本的な構造は実施の形態1と同様である。ただし、熱交側配管3が円管ではなく、扁平管で構成されている点で相違する。したがって以下、実施の形態1との相違点を中心に本実施の形態3を説明する。

- 端部に配管部品差込用フレアを有し、前記配管部品差込用フレアの内周部に突起が形成された熱交換器側配管と、
外径が前記配管部品差込用フレアの内径より小さい配管部品と、を備えた冷媒用配管であって、
前記突起の高さが、前記配管部品差込用フレアの内径と前記配管部品の外径との差である隙間の寸法より大きく、前記配管部品を前記配管部品差込用フレアに差し込むことで、前記突起が前記配管部品に溝部を形成し、前記突起と前記溝部とが圧接することで前記配管部品が前記熱交換器側配管に保持される
冷媒用配管。 - 端部に配管部品差込用フレアを有する熱交換器側配管と、
外径が前記配管部品差込用フレアの内径より小さく、外周部に突起が形成された配管部品と、を備えた冷媒用配管であって、
前記突起の高さが、前記配管部品差込用フレアの内径と前記配管部品の外径との差である隙間の寸法より大きく、前記配管部品を前記配管部品差込用フレアに差し込むことで、前記突起が前記配管部品差込用フレアに溝部を形成し、前記突起と前記溝部とが圧接することで前記配管部品が前記熱交換器側配管に保持される
冷媒用配管。 - 前記熱交換器側配管及び前記配管部品の少なくとも一方の材質がアルミ製である
請求項1又は2に記載の冷媒用配管。 - 前記突起が、前記配管部品差込用フレアの内周部に3か所以上設けられている

請求項2に記載の冷媒用配管。 - 前記配管部品を前記配管部品差込用フレアの中へ誘導するろう材受け用フレアを備え、
前記突起が、前記配管部品差込用フレアと前記ろう材受け用フレアとが隣り合う部分に設けられている
請求項1、3及び4の何れか一項に記載の冷媒用配管。 - 前記突起と係合する突起受けを前記配管部品の外周部に有し、前記配管部品を前記配管部品差込用フレアに差し込む際には、前記突起受けが前記突起を乗り越えて挿入される
請求項1、3、4及び6の何れか一項に記載の冷媒用配管。 - 前記突起と係合する突起受けを前記配管部品差込用フレアの内周部に有し、前記配管部品を前記配管部品差込用フレアに差し込む際には、前記突起受けが前記突起を乗り越えて挿入される
請求項2、3及び5の何れか一項に記載の冷媒用配管。 - 前記配管部品差込用フレアの内周部に前記突起が形成された前記熱交換器側配管は、前記配管部品との重ね合わせ部の付近のみが別体として成形されたものを、前記熱交換器側配管の本体に接合されたものである
請求項1に記載の冷媒用配管。 - 前記配管部品と前記熱交換器側配管とが、ろう材によりろう付された
請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の冷媒用配管。 - 一端に配管部品が差し込まれ、他端に熱交換器側配管が接合される熱交換器側配管先端部を有し、前記熱交換器側配管が扁平管である
請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の冷媒用配管。 - 冷媒の熱を放熱するフィンと、
前記フィンを貫通し、冷媒が流れる請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の冷媒用配管と、を備えた
