Claims (8)
- ディスクの外周側を跨いで形成される一対の腕部を有し、車両の非回転部に固定される取付部材と、
該取付部材に前記ディスクの軸方向へ移動可能に設けられるキャリパと、
前記取付部材の各腕部に設けられ前記ディスクの軸方向に延びる一対のピン穴と、
前記キャリパの両端に設けられ前記ピン穴内を摺動する一対のスライドピンと、
前記取付部材に移動可能に取付けられ前記キャリパにより前記ディスクの両面に押圧される一対のパッドと、を備え、
前記取付部材の各腕部のうち少なくとも一方の腕部には、前記パッドが所定量摩耗したときに前記スライドピンの前記腕部に対する変位によって摩耗検知用の警告音を発生させる警告音発生機構が設けられる、ディスクブレーキ。 - 前記警告音発生機構は、前記ピン穴内を摺動する前記スライドピンの移動方向で前記ピン穴から離間した位置に配置され、前記パッドの摩耗により前記腕部に対する前記スライドピンの変位量が、前記パッドの新品時における該スライドピンの位置から所定の変位量になったときに前記警告音を発生する、請求項1に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記警告音発生機構は、
前記腕部内で前記スライドピンの移動方向に対して前記ピン穴とは異なる位置に設けられる空洞部と、
該空洞部内に移動可能に設けられ前記空洞部の内壁に衝突することにより前記警告音を発生させる警告音発生部材と、
前記スライドピンから前記空洞部に向けて突出し前記スライドピンの変位量が前記所定の変位量になっていないときには前記警告音発生部材が前記内壁に衝突するのを規制し、前記スライドピンの変位量が前記所定の変位量になったときには前記警告音発生部材が前記内壁に衝突するのを許す突起体と、を備える請求項2に記載のディスクブレーキ。 - 前記警告音発生機構は、前記ピン穴から前記ディスクの回転方向に離間した位置に配置され、前記パッドの摩耗により前記腕部に対する前記スライドピンの変位量が、前記パッドの新品時における該スライドピンの位置から所定の変位量になったときに前記警告音を発生する、請求項1に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記警告音発生機構は、
前記腕部内で前記ディスクの回転方向に対して前記ピン穴とは異なる位置に設けられる空洞部と、
該空洞部内に移動可能に設けられ前記空洞部の内壁に衝突することにより前記警告音を発生させる警告音発生部材と、
前記キャリパから前記空洞部に向けて突出し前記スライドピンの変位量が前記所定の変位量になっていないときには前記警告音発生部材の前記内壁への衝突を規制し、前記スライドピンの変位量が前記所定の変位量になったときには前記警告音発生部材が前記内壁に衝突するのを許す突起体と、を備える請求項4に記載のディスクブレーキ。 - 前記警告音発生機構は、
前記空洞部内に配置され前記スライドピンの変位量が前記所定の変位量になっていないときに前記警告音発生部材を前記突起体との間で弾性的に支持して前記警告音発生部材の前記内壁への衝突を規制する弾性体を備え、
該弾性体は、前記スライドピンの変位量が前記所定の変位量になったとき、前記突起体との間で前記警告音発生部材に対する弾性的な支持を解除して前記警告音発生部材の前記内壁への衝突を許す、請求項3に記載のディスクブレーキ。 - 前記警告音発生機構は、
前記空洞部内に配置され前記スライドピンの変位量が前記所定の変位量になっていないときに前記警告音発生部材を前記突起体との間で弾性的に支持して前記警告音発生部材の前記内壁への衝突を規制する弾性体を備え、
該弾性体は、前記スライドピンの変位量が前記所定の変位量になったとき、前記突起体との間で前記警告音発生部材に対する弾性的な支持を解除して前記警告音発生部材の前記内壁への衝突を許す、請求項5に記載のディスクブレーキ。 - ディスクの外周側を跨いで形成される一対の腕部を有し、車両の非回転部に固定される取付部材と、
該取付部材に前記ディスクの軸方向へ移動可能に設けられたキャリパと、
前記取付部材に移動可能に取付けられ前記キャリパにより前記ディスクの両面に押圧される一対のパッドと、を備え、
前記取付部材は、前記パッドが所定量摩耗したときに、該取付部材と前記キャリパが相対移動するにしたがって摩耗検知用の警告音を発生させる警告音発生機構を備える、ディスクブレーキ。
