Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 分析に使用する液体を吸引するプローブを備えた自動分析装置において、
前記液体を収容した容器を搬送する搬送装置と、
前記搬送機構により搬送された容器を挟持する容器挟持装置と、を備え、
前記容器挟持装置は、前記容器の側壁を保持する少なくとも二つの容器保持部材、前記容器保持部材を容器に対して移動させるアーム、および前記アームと前記容器保持部材を接続する接続部材を有し、
前記容器保持部材または前記接続部材は、少なくとも一部が弾性体で形成されることを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記容器挟持装置は、アクチュエータを備え、
前記アクチュエータの駆動に伴い前記アームが水平方向に駆動して、前記弾性体を介して容器を保持することを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記アームの駆動量が、前記容器挟持機構が容器の側面を挟持するために必要となる移動量よりも大きいことにより、前記弾性体が圧縮した状態で容器側面を挟持することを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
予め前記容器の種別を識別する識別手段と、
前記識別手段により識別した容器の種別情報に基づいて、前記アクチュエータの駆動量を制御する制御機構と、を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記容器内に収容され、生体試料、試薬、またはこれらの混合物のいずれかである液体の液面を撮像する撮像装置と、
前記撮像機構により撮像された画像に基づき、液面の状態を判定する判定機構と、を備え、
前記容器挟持装置は、前記撮像機構により画像を取得する位置で容器を挟持することを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項4記載の自動分析装置において、
前記吸引プローブが容器内の液体を吸引する位置において容器を挟持する容器挟持装置と、前記撮像装置が撮像する位置において容器を挟持する容器挟持装置とが共通化されていることを特徴とする自動分析装置。
- 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記前記容器挟持装置は、アクチュエータと、前記アクチュエータの駆動により水平方向に駆動する一対の開閉アーム機構と、前記開閉アーム機構に取り付けられた一対の容器保持部材と、を有し、前記振動抑制機構は、当該容器挟持装置を平板上に固定する取り付け部材と、前記取り付け部材と前記容器挟持装置との間に位置する弾性体と、を有することを特徴とする自動分析装置。
