また、容器挟持装置100の周囲で振動が発生した場合であっても、振動は弾性体105に吸収されるため、容器挟持装置105に保持されている容器に振動が伝わることはなく、容器を安定的に保持することが可能となる。
Claims (5)
- 分析に使用する検体を吸引するプローブと、
前記検体を収容する検体容器を複数搭載可能なラックを搬送する搬送機構と、
前記搬送機構により搬送されたラック上の検体容器を、容器保持位置にて挟持する容器挟持装置と、を備え、
前記容器挟持装置は、
前記検体容器の側壁の一方を保持する第1容器保持部材と、
前記検体容器の側壁の他方を保持する第2容器保持部材と、
前記第1容器保持部材を、第1方向の側から前記検体容器に対して移動させる第1アームと、
前記第2容器保持部材を、前記容器を挟んで前記第1方向と対向する第2方向の側から前記検体容器に対して移動させる第2アームと、
前記第1アームと前記第1容器保持部材を接続する第1接続部材と、
前記第2アームと前記第2容器保持部材を接続する第2接続部材と、を備え、
前記第1容器保持部材又は前記第1接続部材は、少なくとも一部が弾性体で形成され、
前記第2容器保持部材又は前記第2接続部材は、少なくとも一部が弾性体で形成され、
前記ラックは、前記容器挟持装置の下方を通過するよう構成され、
前記第1アーム及び前記第2アームは、前記ラック上に載置される複数の検体容器の配列方向と平行に延伸するよう構成され、
前記検体容器内に収容され、検体、試薬、又はこれらの混合物の何れかである液体の液面を撮像する撮像部と、
前記撮像部により撮像された画像に基づき、液面の泡の有無を検出する画像解析部と、を備え、
前記容器挟持装置は、前記撮像部により画像を取得する位置で容器を挟持するものであって、
前記プローブが前記検体容器内の検体を吸引する位置において前記容器を挟持する容器挟持装置と、前記撮像部が撮像する位置において前記容器を挟持する容器挟持装置とが共通化されている、自動分析装置。 - 前記第1アームと前記第2アームを接続する第3接続部材を備え、
前記第3接続部材は、前記検体容器が前記ラック上に載置されている状態における該検体容器の上端よりも上方に位置する、請求項1記載の自動分析装置。 - 前記容器挟持装置は、前記容器保持位置に搬送された各検体容器を順次挟持するよう構成される、請求項1記載の自動分析装置。
- 前記第1及び第2アームの駆動量は、それぞれ、前記第1及び第2容器保持部材が前記検体容器の側面を挟持するために必要な移動量よりも大きい、請求項1記載の自動分析装置。
- モータの回転に伴い回転する円形状のアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータを制御する制御部と、
予め前記検体容器の種別を識別する識別手段と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記識別手段により識別した検体容器の種別情報に基づいて、前記アクチュエータの駆動量を制御する、請求項1記載の自動分析装置。
