Claims (5)
- 液体を吸引および吐出する分注ノズルと、
前記分注ノズルが固定され、垂直方向へ駆動する駆動ベースと、
分注ノズルよりも下方に突出しており容器の蓋を押し開く突起部を先端に有し、駆動ベース内を貫通するシャフトと、
先端に回転部を備えたシャフト押圧部材と、
シャフト押圧部材を水平方向にシャフトに対して押し付ける第1のバネと、
シャフト押圧部材及び第1のバネを保持する筐体と、
筐体を下方へ押し付ける第2のバネと、を備え、
シャフトは径が他の箇所よりも大きくなっている箇所を有し、
シャフト押圧部材は、シャフトの径が大きい箇所へ荷重を加えており、
駆動ベースが垂直方向へ駆動し、突起部が容器の淵に接触して止まり、さらに駆動ベースが垂直方向へ駆動することにより、第2のバネが所定のたわみ量を超えたらシャフト押圧部材がシャフトの径が大きくなっている箇所を乗り越え、シャフト押圧部材からシャフトへの荷重が解除され、分注ノズルが突起部を有するシャフトとは独立して垂直方向へ駆動し、
シャフト押圧部材からシャフトへの荷重が解除されるまでは、駆動ベースと突起部を有するシャフトとが一体となって垂直方向へ駆動することを特徴とする分注装置。 - 第2のバネは、ねじりバネであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分注装置。
- シャフトの上端側には重りが備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分注装置。
- 分注ノズルの先端には、液面検知機能が備わっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分注装置。
- 請求項1に記載の分注装置と、
試薬およびサンプルを流す流路を有するフローセルと、
フローセルへ励起光を照射する光源と、
フローセル上の蛍光を観察する撮像部と、を備えた、核酸分析装置。
