Abstract
Description
そして、操作ボタン12を3ピッチ分回転操作(1回転操作)すると開閉接点機構20が3回オン状態を示すようになる。このため、図2に示した、開閉接点機構20の開閉状態を監視する開閉検出手段30により、操作ボタン12の1回の回転操作ごとの開閉接点機構20のオン状態になる回数をカウントすることにより、操作ボタン12の回転ピッチ、したがって回転位置を知ることができ、各ピッチごとに異なる出力信号を出力するようにするとセレクタスイッチと等価な機能を持たせることができる。

前記開閉接点機構は、プリント基板上に所定の間隔離して対向配置された複数の固定接触子電極と、この複数の固定接触子電極間に跨って配置され、押圧により変形して、前記固定接触子電極に接離して固定接触子電極間の電気的接続を開閉する皿バネ状の可動接触子とで構成したことを特徴とするものである。
そして、操作ボタン12を3ピッチ分回転操作(1回転操作)すると開閉接点機構20が3回オン状態を示すようになる。このため、図2に示した、開閉接点機構20の開閉状態を監視する開閉検出手段30により、操作ボタン12の1回の回転操作ごとの開閉接点機構20のオン状態になる回数をカウントすることにより、操作ボタン12の回転ピッチ、したがって回転位置を知ることができ、各ピッチごとに異なる出力信号を出力するようにするとセレクタスイッチと等価な機能を持たせることができる。

Claims (8)
- フレームに回転操作可能に支持された回転操作ボタンと、この操作ボタンの下方にこれと対向して配置された1つの開閉接点機構とを設け、前記操作ボタンと開閉接点機構の間に前記操作ボタンの回転操作に連動して前記開閉接点機構を開閉操作するカムを含む操作機構を設けたことを特徴とする回転操作形スイッチ。
- 、前記開閉操作機構は、前記操作ボタンの所定の回転角度の回転ごとに前記開閉接点機構を一回開閉(オン、オフ)操作し、前記操作ボタンの1回転の回転で開閉接点機構を複数回開閉(オン、オフ)操作するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転操作形スイッチ。
- 前記操作機構は、前記操作ボタンの裏面に前記開閉接点機構と対向して円周方向に凹凸をなすカム面の形成された円環状カムと、バネにより付勢されて一方の端面をこのカム面に当接し、他端面で前記開閉接点を操作する押棒によって構成したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の回転操作形スイッチ。
- 前記開閉接点機構は、プリント基板上に所定の間隔離して対向配置された複数の固定接触子電極と、この複数の固定接触子電極間に跨って配置され、押圧により変形して、前記固定接触子電極に切離して固定接触子電極間の電気的接続を開閉する皿バネ状の可動接触子とで構成したことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1つに記載の回転操作形スイッチ。
- 前記操作機構は、前記操作ボタンの裏面に前記開閉接点機構と対向して円周方向に凹凸をなすカム面の形成された円環状カムと、バネにより付勢されて一方の端面をこのカム面に当接し、他端面で前記開閉接点を操作する押棒によって構成したことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1つに回転操作形スイッチ。
- 前記操作ボタンの裏面に所定の回転角度ごとに係止部材と係合する複数の係合穴を設け、前記フレームの前記操作ボタンの係合穴に係合可能な一か所の位置に前記係止部材をばねを介して保持する係止部材保持部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1つに記載の回転操作形スイッチ。
- 前記操作ボタンの表面に前記係止穴と同じ回転角度ごとに指掛け孔を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1つに記載の回転操作形スイッチ。
- 前記開閉接点機構の開閉回数をカウントする開閉接点機構開閉検出回路を前記開閉接点機構に接続して、前記操作ボタンの回転操作量を弁別することを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか1つに記載の回転操作形スイッチ。
