Abstract
Description
まず、本発明の思想を適用可能な作業車両の一例である油圧ショベルの構成について図1を用いて説明するが、本発明はホイールローダ、ブルドーザなどの排気処理ユニットを含むエンジンユニットを備えた作業車両に適用可能である。
本実施の形態の還元剤タンク20によれば、図5,9に示すように、熱交換器40を構成している第1管路50と第2管路60とは、それぞれ、天蓋30から容器本体33の底面36へ向かって延びる垂下部41に含まれている貫通部51,61、傾斜部52,62および下方垂延部53,63とを有している。さらに、第1管路50と第2管路60とは、それぞれ、垂下部41の下端から底面36に沿って容器本体33の側面35aへ向かって延びる延伸部54,64と、延伸部54,64の先端から側面35aに沿って容器本体33の上面34へ向かって折り返し部59まで延びる立上り部55,65とを有している。延伸部54,64の底面36に沿う長さを示す寸法L1は、開口31の最大内法長さを示す寸法LDよりも、大きくなっている。
Claims (7)
- 上面に開口が形成されており、還元剤を貯留する容器本体と、
前記還元剤との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器と、
前記開口を塞ぐとともに前記熱交換器を支持する天蓋とを備え、
前記熱交換器は、熱交換媒体を前記容器本体内に導く第1管路と、前記容器本体から熱交換媒体を流出させる第2管路と、折り返し部とを有し、前記第1管路と前記第2管路とは前記折り返し部を介して互いに連通しており、
前記第1管路と前記第2管路とは、それぞれ、前記天蓋から前記容器本体の底面へ向かって延びる垂下部と、前記垂下部の下端から前記底面に沿って前記容器本体の側面へ向かって延びる延伸部と、前記延伸部の先端から前記側面に沿って前記容器本体の前記上面へ向かって前記折り返し部まで延びる立上り部とを有し、
前記延伸部の前記底面に沿う長さは、前記開口の最大内法長さよりも大きく、
前記第1管路の前記立上り部、前記第2管路の前記立上り部、および前記折り返し部は、前記熱交換器の先端屈曲部を形成し、
前記先端屈曲部の前記側面に沿う立上り長さは、前記開口の中心を通る最小内法長さよりも小さい、還元剤タンク。 - 前記先端屈曲部を前記延伸部の延びる方向から見た形状は、前記開口の平面形状に内包される、請求項1に記載の還元剤タンク。
- 前記先端屈曲部を前記延伸部の延びる方向から見た形状の外接円は、前記開口の平面形状に内包される、請求項2に記載の還元剤タンク。
- 前記先端屈曲部と前記側面との距離は、前記開口の縁と前記側面との最短距離を二等分した長さよりも小さい、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の還元剤タンク。
- 前記開口は円形である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の還元剤タンク。
- 前記第1管路と前記第2管路とは、前記第1管路の外径と、前記第2管路の外径と、前記第1管路および前記第2管路間の距離との和を、前記開口の中心を通る最小内法長さよりも小さく保ったまま、前記天蓋から前記折り返し部まで延びている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の還元剤タンク。
- エンジンと、
前記エンジンからの排気ガスを還元反応により処理する排気処理装置と、
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の還元剤タンクと、
前記還元剤タンクから吸い出した前記還元剤を前記排気処理装置に導かれる前記排気ガスに対して噴射する還元剤噴射装置とを備える、作業車両。
