Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明にかかるリニアモータの梱包・組付治具の実施の形態としての出荷梱包兼組立治具の斜視図である。リニアモータ2は、電機子3と界磁部4とからなり、電機子3と界磁部4との間に出荷梱包兼組付治具5を設置することにより、電機子3と界磁部4とが所定の間隙を保っている。リニアモータ2及び出荷梱包兼組付治具5は、出荷梱包時にはリニアモータユニット1として一つのユニットとして取り扱われる。

Claims (2)
- リニアモータを構成する電機子及び界磁部の保持と、前記電機子及び前記界磁部の装置へ組付とに兼用されるリニアモータの梱包・組付治具であって、
非磁性材料で形成され、前記電機子を保持する溝部を有し、前記溝部に保持した前記電機子と前記界磁部との間に生じる磁気吸引力によって前記電機子と前記界磁部とに挟持される治具本体を備え、
前記治具本体は、前記溝部の領域内で分割された分割構造であることを特徴とするリニアモータの梱包・組付治具。 - 前記溝部の部分での前記治具本体の厚さ寸法は、前記装置へ組み付けた状態での前記電機子と前記界磁部との間隔よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアモータの梱包・組付治具。
