Abstract
Description
GPC条件は、以下のとおりである。

測定温度:40℃

樹脂注型:エポキシ樹脂(リファインテック株式会社製 エポマウント主剤及び硬化剤)
重金属染色:OsO4(四酸化オスミウム)を2質量%水溶液調整し、その中で24時間、注型した試料のバルク染色を行う。
前処理:クライオウルトラミクロトームで−120℃に冷却しながら、ダイアモンドナイフで刃速度0.6mm/秒で前処理し、薄膜を作成する。
TEM観察:日立ハイテクノロジーズ社製STEM/EDX装置;HD−2700を用いて、画像又はEDXマッピングからコア層、シェル層の種類、構成を確認する。
樹脂注型:エポキシ樹脂(リファインテック株式会社製 エポマウント主剤及び硬化剤)
前処理:クライオウルトラミクロトームで−120℃に冷却しながら、ダイアモンドナイフで刃速度0.6mm/秒で前処理し、薄膜を作成する。
観察:SII・ナノテクノロジー社製の原子間力顕微鏡AFMを用いて、断面を観察し、DFMモードにて、形状像と位相像を測定して、位相像でコアシェル構造を確認する。

ポリスチレンを核とする粒子の表面に、厚み0.2μmのニッケル層を設け、このニッケル層の外側に、厚み0.02μmの金層を設け、平均粒径10μm、比重2.5の導電粒子を作製した。
表1に示す各成分を表1に示す固形質量比にて配合し、更に、上記導電粒子を1.5体積%ずつ配合分散させて、実施例1〜5及び比較例1〜11の接着剤組成物を調製した。以下、表1に示す各成分について詳細に説明する。
(ポリエステルウレタン樹脂A)
ジガルボン酸にテレフタル酸(Aldrich社製)、イソフタル酸(Aldrich社製)、ジオールにネオペンチルグリコール(Aldrich社製)を用いイソシアネートに4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(Aldrich社製)を用い、テレフタル酸/イソルタル酸/ネオペンチルグリコール/4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートのモル比が0.34/0.66/1.1/0.33となるポリエステルウレタン樹脂Aを調整した。得られたポリエステルウレタン樹脂Aの数平均分子量は25000であった。得られたポリエステルウレタン樹脂A(PEU―A)をメチルエチルケトンとトルエンの1:1に固形分40質量%となるように溶解した。
東都化成(株)製のフェノキシ樹脂(商品名:YP−50)を、メチルエチルケトンに溶解して、固形分40質量%の溶液として用いた。
エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体のトルエン溶解品(固形分30質量%)(三井・デュポンポリケミカル(株)製、EV40W(商品名))を用いた。
(UA1:ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート1)
撹拌機、温度計、塩化カルシウム乾燥管付き還流冷却管、及び窒素ガス導入管を備えた反応容器に、数平均分子量1000のポリ(1,6−ヘキサンジオールカーボネート)(商品名:デュラノール T5652、旭化成ケミカルズ(株)製)2500質量部(2.50モル)と、イソホロンジイソシアネート(シグマ アルドリッチ社製)666質量部(3.00モル)を、3時間かけて均一に滴下し、充分に窒素ガスを導入した後、70〜75℃に加熱し、反応させた。
撹拌機、温度計、塩化カルシウム乾燥管付き還流冷却管、及び窒素ガス導入管を備えた反応容器に、メチルエチルケトン1000質量部、数平均分子量1000のポリカプロラクトンジオール(商品名:プラクセル210N、ダイセル化学工業(株)製)2500質量部(2.50モル)、及びイソホロンジイソシアネート(シグマ アルドリッチ社製)666質量部(3.00モル)を3時間かけて均一に滴下し、充分に窒素ガスを導入した後、70〜75℃に加熱し、反応させた。
(KMP−600)
信越化学工業(株)製のコアシェル型シリコーン微粒子(商品名:KMP−600、平均粒径:5μm)を用いた。このシリコーン微粒子のコア層のガラス転移温度は−110℃であった。
ステンレス製オートクレーブに純水を入れ、懸濁剤としてポリビニルアルコール(関東化学(株)製)を添加し溶解させた。この中にブタジエン(シグマ アルドリッチ社製)を入れ、撹拌して分散させた。更に、ラジカル重合開始剤としてベンゾイルパーオキシド(商品名:カドックス CH−50L、化薬アクゾ(株)製)を溶解させ、撹拌した。次いでオートクレーブを60〜65℃に昇温させ、撹拌下で45分間重合した。未反応のモノマーを放出後、生成した架橋ポリブタジエン粒子をろ過、水洗浄、エタノ−ル洗浄し、得られた架橋ポリブタジエン粒子を真空下で乾燥して、架橋ポリブタジエン微粒子(BR)を得た。得られた架橋ポリブタジエン微粒子をメチルエチルケトンに分散させ、粒子の平均粒径をZetasizer Nano−S(Malvern Instruments Ltd.製)を用いて測定したところ平均粒子径0.5μmであった。
信越化学工業(株)製シリコーンゴム微粒子(商品名:KMP594、平均粒径5μm、ガラス転移温度:−70℃)を用いた。
三菱レイヨン(株)製のコアシェル型アクリル微粒子(商品名:メタブレン W−5500、平均粒径:0.6μm)を用いた。
ローム・アンド・ハース社製のコアシェル型アクリル酸アルキルエステル−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体微粒子(商品名:パラロイド BTA−712)を用いた。
(P−2M)
共栄社化学(株)製の2−(メタ)アクリロイロキシエチルホスフェート(商品名:ライトエステル P−2M)を用いた。
(ナイパーBW)
日油(株)製のジベンゾイルパーオキサイド(商品名:ナイパーBW)を用いた。
実施例1〜5及び比較例1〜14の接着剤組成物を、厚み80μmのフッ素樹脂フィルム(基材)上に塗工装置を用いて塗布し、70℃で10分間熱風乾燥することによって、基材上に厚み20μmの接着剤層が形成された接着シートを得た。上記接着シートから基材を剥離したものを、実施例1〜10及び比較例1〜11のフィルム状接着剤とする。しかしながら、比較例4、8、12のフィルム状接着剤においては、用いたKMP594の凝集体によって、接着剤層の表面に凹凸が発生し、特性の評価を行うことができないことが分かった。
(参考例1〜9)
実施例1、2、5及び比較例3、5〜7、9、10のフィルム状接着剤を、ポリイミドフィルム(Tg350℃)上にライン幅25μm、ピッチ50μm、厚み18μmの銅回路を500本有するフレキシブル回路板(FPC)と、0.2μmのITOの薄層を形成したガラス(厚み1.1mm、表面抵抗20Ω/□)との間に介在させた。これを、熱圧着装置(加熱方式:コンスタントヒート型、東レエンジニアリング社製)を用いて、150℃、2MPaで10秒間加熱加圧して幅2mmにわたり接着し、回路接続体を作製した。
実施例1〜5及び比較例1〜14のフィルム状接着剤を、ポリイミドフィルム(Tg350℃)上にライン幅150μm、ピッチ300μm、厚み8μmの銅回路を80本有するフレキシブル回路板(FPC)と、厚み5μmのAgペーストの薄層を形成したPET基板(厚み0.1μm)との間に介在させた。次いで、熱圧着装置(加熱方式:コンスタントヒート型、東レエンジニアリング社製)を用いて、150℃、2MPaで20秒間加熱加圧して幅2mmにわたり接着し、回路接続体を作製した。
Claims (20)
- 第一の回路基板上に第一の回路電極が形成された第一の回路部材と、第二の回路基板上に第二の回路電極が形成された第二の回路部材とを、前記第一の回路電極と前記第二の回路電極とが電気的に接続するように接着するための接着剤組成物であって、
前記第一の回路基板及び前記第二の回路基板の少なくとも一方が、ガラス転移温度が200℃以下の熱可塑性樹脂を含む基板であり、
コア層と前記コア層を被覆するように設けられたシェル層とを有するコアシェル型シリコーン微粒子を含有する、接着剤組成物。 - 第一の回路基板上に第一の回路電極が形成された第一の回路部材と、第二の回路基板上に第二の回路電極が形成された第二の回路部材とを、前記第一の回路電極と前記第二の回路電極とが電気的に接続するように接着するための接着剤組成物であって、
前記第一の回路基板及び前記第二の回路基板の少なくとも一方が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンナフタレート及びシクロオレフィンポリマーからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む基板であり、
コア層と前記コア層を被覆するように設けられたシェル層とを有するコアシェル型シリコーン微粒子を含有する、接着剤組成物。 - 前記シリコーン微粒子のコア層のガラス転移温度が、−130℃以上−20℃以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の接着剤組成物。
- ラジカル重合性化合物を更に含有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 導電粒子を更に含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物をフィルム状に成形することにより得られる、フィルム状接着剤。
- 基材と、該基材上に形成された請求項6に記載のフィルム状接着剤からなる接着剤層と、を備える接着シート。
- 第一の回路基板上に第一の回路電極が形成された第一の回路部材と、
第二の回路基板上に第二の回路電極が形成された第二の回路部材と、
前記第一の回路部材の前記第一の回路電極が形成された面と前記第二の回路部材の前記第二の回路電極が形成された面との間に介在し、前記第一の回路電極と前記第二の回路電極とを電気的に接続する接続部と、を備える回路接続体であって、
前記第一の回路基板及び前記第二の回路基板の少なくとも一方が、ガラス転移温度が200℃以下の熱可塑性樹脂を含む基板であり、
前記接続部が、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物の硬化物からなる、回路接続体。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンナフタレート及びシクロオレフィンポリマーからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む、請求項8に記載の回路接続体。
- 前記第一の回路基板及び前記第二の回路基板のうち、一方の回路基板が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンナフタレート及びシクロオレフィンポリマーからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含み、
もう一方の回路基板が、ポリイミド樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンナフタレート及びシクロオレフィンポリマーからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む、請求項8に記載の回路接続体。 - 第一の回路基板上に第一の回路電極が形成された第一の回路部材と、
第二の回路基板上に第二の回路電極が形成された第二の回路部材と、
前記第一の回路部材の前記第一の回路電極が形成された面と前記第二の回路部材の前記第二の回路電極が形成された面との間に介在し、前記第一の回路電極と前記第二の回路電極とを電気的に接続する接続部と、を備える回路接続体であって、
前記第一の回路基板及び前記第二の回路基板の少なくとも一方が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンナフタレート及びシクロオレフィンポリマーからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む基板であり、
前記接続部が、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物の硬化物からなる、回路接続体。 - 前記第一の回路基板及び前記第二の回路基板のうち、一方の回路基板が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンナフタレート及びシクロオレフィンポリマーからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含み、
もう一方の回路基板が、ポリイミド樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンナフタレート及びシクロオレフィンポリマーからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む、請求項11に記載の回路接続体。 - 第一の回路基板上に第一の回路電極が形成された第一の回路部材と、
第二の回路基板上に第二の回路電極が形成された第二の回路部材との間に、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物を介在させ硬化させることにより、前記第一の回路電極と前記第二の回路電極とが電気的に接続するように前記第一の回路部材と前記第二の回路部材とを接着する、回路部材の接続方法であって、
前記第一の回路基板及び前記第二の回路基板の少なくとも一方が、ガラス転移温度が200℃以下の熱可塑性樹脂を含む基板である、回路部材の接続方法。 - 第一の回路基板上に第一の回路電極が形成された第一の回路部材と、
第二の回路基板上に第二の回路電極が形成された第二の回路部材との間に、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物を介在させ硬化させることにより、前記第一の回路電極と前記第二の回路電極とが電気的に接続するように前記第一の回路部材と前記第二の回路部材とを接着する、回路部材の接続方法であって、
前記第一の回路基板及び前記第二の回路基板の少なくとも一方が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンナフタレート及びシクロオレフィンポリマーからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む基板である、回路部材の接続方法。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物の使用であって、
第一の回路基板上に第一の回路電極が形成された第一の回路部材と、第二の回路基板上に第二の回路電極が形成された第二の回路部材とを、
前記第一の回路電極と前記第二の回路電極とが電気的に接続するように接着するために用いられ、
前記第一の回路基板及び前記第二の回路基板の少なくとも一方が、ガラス転移温度が200℃以下の熱可塑性樹脂を含む基板である、前記接着剤組成物の使用。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物の使用であって、
第一の回路基板上に第一の回路電極が形成された第一の回路部材と、第二の回路基板上に第二の回路電極が形成された第二の回路部材とを、
前記第一の回路電極と前記第二の回路電極とが電気的に接続するように接着するために用いられ、
前記第一の回路基板及び前記第二の回路基板の少なくとも一方が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンナフタレート及びシクロオレフィンポリマーからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む基板である、前記接着剤組成物の使用。 - 請求項6に記載のフィルム状接着剤の使用であって、
第一の回路基板の主面上に第一の回路電極が形成された第一の回路部材と、第二の回路基板の主面上に第二の回路電極が形成された第二の回路部材とを、
前記第一の回路電極と前記第二の回路電極とが電気的に接続するように接着するために用いられ、
前記第一の回路基板及び前記第二の回路基板の少なくとも一方が、ガラス転移温度が200℃以下の熱可塑性樹脂を含む基板である、前記フィルム状接着剤の使用。 - 請求項6に記載のフィルム状接着剤の使用であって、
第一の回路基板上に第一の回路電極が形成された第一の回路部材と、第二の回路基板上に第二の回路電極が形成された第二の回路部材とを、
前記第一の回路電極と前記第二の回路電極とが電気的に接続するように接着するために用いられ、
前記第一の回路基板及び前記第二の回路基板の少なくとも一方が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンナフタレート及びシクロオレフィンポリマーからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む基板である、前記フィルム状接着剤の使用。 - 請求項7に記載の接着シートの使用であって、
第一の回路基板の主面上に第一の回路電極が形成された第一の回路部材と、第二の回路基板の主面上に第二の回路電極が形成された第二の回路部材とを、
前記第一の回路電極と前記第二の回路電極とが電気的に接続するように接着するために用いられ、
前記第一の回路基板及び前記第二の回路基板の少なくとも一方が、ガラス転移温度が200℃以下の熱可塑性樹脂を含む基板である、前記接着シートの使用。 - 請求項7に記載の接着シートの使用であって、
第一の回路基板上に第一の回路電極が形成された第一の回路部材と、第二の回路基板上に第二の回路電極が形成された第二の回路部材とを、
前記第一の回路電極と前記第二の回路電極とが電気的に接続するように接着するために用いられ、
前記第一の回路基板及び前記第二の回路基板の少なくとも一方が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンナフタレート及びシクロオレフィンポリマーからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む基板である、前記接着シートの使用。
