Abstract
Description
(1)銅、ニッケルの何れか一種以上を主成分とする導電性粉末と、ガラスフリットと、有機ビヒクルとを含む導電性ペーストであって、前記ガラスフリットが、実質的に鉛成分を含まず、且つ、網目形成成分としてテルルを酸化物換算で35〜70モル%含むテルル系ガラスフリットであり、前記テルル系ガラスフリットが必須成分として銀を含むことを特徴とする導電性ペースト。
(2)前記テルル系ガラスフリットが銀を、該テルル系ガラスフリット全体に対する酸化物換算で3〜40モル%含むことを特徴とする前記(1)に記載の導電性ペースト。
(3)前記テルル系ガラスフリットがタングステン、モリブデンの何れか一種以上を含むことを特徴とする前記(1)又は(2)に記載の導電性ペースト。
(4)太陽電池電極形成に用いられることを特徴とする前記(1)乃至(3)の何れか一項に記載の導電性ペースト。
銅粉末を100重量部と、ガラスフリットA〜Lをそれぞれ2重量部とを、エチルセルロース1.6重量部及びブチルカルビトール6.4重量部からなる有機ビヒクル8重量部中に分散させて試料1〜12の導電性ペーストを作製した。
次に、導電性粉末としてニッケル粉末を用いる以外は試料1〜12と同様にして試料を作製し、接触抵抗を求めた。その結果を表2に併記する。
ビスマス系のガラスフリットM〜Nを用いる以外は試料1〜12と同様にして試料を作製し、接触抵抗を求めた。その結果を表2に併記する。
Claims (4)
- 銅、ニッケルの何れか一種以上を主成分とする導電性粉末と、ガラスフリットと、有機ビヒクルとを含む導電性ペーストであって、前記ガラスフリットが、実質的に鉛成分を含まず、且つ、網目形成成分としてテルルを酸化物換算で35〜70モル%含むテルル系ガラスフリットであり、前記テルル系ガラスフリットが必須成分として銀を含むことを特徴とする導電性ペースト。
- 前記テルル系ガラスフリットが銀を該テルル系ガラスフリット全体に対する酸化物換算で3〜40モル%含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電性ペースト。
- 前記テルル系ガラスフリットがタングステン、モリブデンの何れか一種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の導電性ペースト。
- 太陽電池電極形成に用いられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の導電性ペースト。
