Abstract
Description
図1には本発明のディスペンサー1の一実施形態について縦方向の断面を模式的に示されている。図面右側上方に第一吐出口10が、左側上方に第二吐出口11がそれぞれ形成されている。また、内容液の第一流入口20が第一吐出口10と連通して第一貫通路30が伸びている。この例では、直進液を吐出する第一流路は、第一流入口、第一貫通路、第一吐出口とから構成されている。そしてボトルを手指により圧縮することによって、内容液が特に障害もなく流路を通ってボトル内から注出されることがわかる(図2(a)参照)。この図1では、第一貫通路がくの字状に屈曲して示されているが、これが第一流入口20から第一吐出口10に向かって直線状に伸びていても良い。また、第一貫通路の水平断面形状は円、楕円だけでなく多角形であっても良い。さらに内径は0.5〜2.0mmで、全長に渡って一定であっても、流入口20側が広く吐出口10側に行くに従って狭くなっている、或いはその逆であっても良い。吐出口10側を狭くすると、内容液を勢い良く吐出させることができ、別の容器に液を注ぐ際に狙いを定めやすい。

Claims (6)
- ボトルを倒立して内容液を吐出するスクイズボトルの開口部に装着されて、直進液を吐出する第一流路と、泡状液を吐出する第二流路が設けられたディスペンサーであって、
前記第一流路は、内容液の第一流入口と第一吐出口とを連結する第一貫通路を有し、
前記第二流路は、ボトル内底部に開口を有し発泡室まで伸びる空気の供給路である内径0.8〜4mmの導管と、導管と接続し内容液と空気を混合して発泡させる発泡室と、発泡室から第二吐出口を連結する第二貫通路とを有し、前記導管に対する内容液の第二流入口が発泡室近位部において内径0.4〜2mmのサイズで穿設されている
ことを特徴とするディスペンサー。 - 直進液と泡状液との吐出切換が可能な前記ディスペンサーであって、
前記第一及び第二流路がそれぞれ別個に形成される中空の支持部材と、支持部材の中空内部に回動可能に支持される回動部材を備え、
前記回動部材には、前記第一貫通路の少なくとも一部と、前記発泡室とが独立して設けられ、回動部材を所定の角度に回動することによって、
第一貫通路が第一吐出口と連通するときは、発泡室が導管または第二貫通路と遮断され、
導管、発泡室及び第二貫通路が連通するときは、第一貫通路が遮断される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスペンサー。 - 前記回動部材に設けられた前記第一貫通路の一部を第三貫通路としたとき、第一貫通路が第二貫通路と第三貫通路とから構成され、
第二貫通路が第二流路と第一流路の共有であって、直進液と泡状液との吐出口が共有されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のディスペンサー。 - 空気と内容液とが合流する位置における前記導管の内径に対する、第二流入口の内径の比率が、1/50〜40/50である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のディスペンサー。 - 前記発泡室が、吐出口側と流入口側とに開口を有する中空管構造であって、該開口がスクリーンフィルターで被覆されており、
該フィルターのメッシュが、吐出口側よりも、流入口側の方が粗く設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のディスペンサー。 - 前記ディスペンサーから吐出させた泡状液を用いてコンタクトレンズを洗浄し、
前記ディスペンサーから吐出させた直進液をコンタクトレンズ保存容器に注入してコンタクトレンズを保存する
ことを特徴とする、コンタクトレンズの洗浄保存に請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のディスペンサーを使用する方法。
