また、シートラバー100,120,140は、全体が略C字状に湾曲した構成の他に、全体が直線状の構成であってもよい。
また、シートラバー140は、蓋部151による締め付け力を付与しない構成であってもよい。
Claims (4)
- 車輪と車体との間に配置されて該車体の振動を低減するためのコイルスプリングと、
該コイルスプリングの下端の座巻を被覆するシートラバーと、
該シートラバーを介して前記座巻を支持するスプリングシートと、
を含むサスペンション装置であって、
前記シートラバーは、前記座巻を被覆し始める開口端に、他の被覆部位よりも、前記座巻の外周面に密接することが可能な密接部を有していることを特徴とするサスペンション装置。 - 前記シートラバーは、管状の弾性部材から成り、
該弾性部材は、前記開口端から他方の端へ向かって連続して延びているスリットと、該スリットに沿って前記管状の弾性部材の内周面に一体に形成されているリップ部とを有し、
該リップ部は、前記開口端及び該開口端の付近が厚みの大きい厚肉部分に形成され、
前記密接部は、前記厚肉部分によって構成されている、請求項1記載のサスペンション装置。 - 前記シートラバーは、該シートラバーを周方向に締め付けることによって、前記密接部を締め付けることが可能な締め付け部を、更に有し、
該締め付け部は、前記密接部の近傍に位置している、請求項1又は請求項2記載のサスペンション装置。 - 前記シートラバーは、前記スリットを前記弾性部材の周方向に跨いで前記スリットを閉塞することが可能な蓋部を、更に有し、
該蓋部は、前記弾性部材の外周面に且つ前記密接部の近傍に開閉可能に設けられており、前記スリットのなかで前記密接部の近傍に位置している部位を、開放状態から閉塞することによって、前記密接部を締め付け可能である、請求項2項記載のサスペンション装置。
