Claims (10)
- 機械エネルギを動力にして駆動力を発生させる機械動力源及び電気エネルギを変換した機械エネルギを動力にして駆動力を発生させる電気動力源の内の少なくとも一方の出力を駆動輪側へと伝える動力伝達経路と、
供給された流体の圧力により動作して前記動力伝達経路上における前記機械動力源又は/及び前記電気動力源からの動力伝達の形態を調整する動力伝達形態調整装置と、
前記電気動力源の回転軸の回転に応じて駆動して前記流体を前記動力伝達形態調整装置に供給する第1駆動ポンプと、
電力に応じて駆動して前記流体を前記動力伝達形態調整装置に供給する第2駆動ポンプと、
を備え、
前記動力伝達形態調整装置への前記流体の供給源として前記第1駆動ポンプ又は前記第2駆動ポンプの内の何れか一方を選択することで、前記動力伝達形態調整装置の第1係合部と第2係合部とを緩急をつけて係合させることが可能であり、
前記動力伝達形態調整装置の駆動要求があり、且つ、前記電気動力源の回転数が所定回転数よりも低い場合に、前記第2駆動ポンプから前記流体を供給して前記第1係合部と前記第2係合部とを急係合させることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記動力伝達形態調整装置の駆動要求があり、且つ、前記電気動力源の回転数が所定回転数よりも高い場合には、前記第1駆動ポンプから前記流体を供給して、前記第1係合部と前記第2係合部とを緩係合させる請求項1記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記動力伝達形態調整装置の駆動要求がある場合には、前記第1係合部と前記第2係合部との間に回転数やトルクの差が生じていなければ、前記第2駆動ポンプからの前記流体によって前記第1係合部と前記第2係合部とを急係合させ、前記差が生じていれば、前記第1駆動ポンプからの前記流体によって前記第1係合部と前記第2係合部とを緩係合させる請求項1又は2に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記動力伝達形態調整装置は、前記機械動力源から前記駆動輪側への動力伝達を断接可能なクラッチである請求項1,2又は3に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記クラッチは、前記機械動力源と前記電気動力源との間の動力伝達を断接し得るようこれらの間に配置した請求項4記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記クラッチは、前記機械動力源と前記電気動力源との間の動力伝達を断接し得るようこれらの間に配置し、前記機械動力源又は前記電気動力源の回転中に前記第1係合部と前記第2係合部とを係合させる場合、前記第1駆動ポンプから前記流体を供給して緩係合させる請求項4記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記クラッチは、前記機械動力源と前記電気動力源との間の動力伝達を断接し得るようこれらの間に配置し、前記電気動力源の動力で前記機械動力源をクランキングさせる場合に当該機械動力源の始動前に係合させる請求項4記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記クラッチは、前記機械動力源と前記電気動力源との間の動力伝達を断接し得るようこれらの間に配置し、該クラッチが解放状態のときには、該クラッチを解放状態のまま前記機械動力源の回転軸を回転させる始動装置を用いて当該機械動力源を始動させる請求項4記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記動力伝達形態調整装置は、前記動力伝達経路上における有段自動変速機の変速段の切り替え時に断接させる当該有段自動変速機内の変速クラッチである請求項1,2又は3に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記動力伝達形態調整装置は、前記動力伝達経路上の無段自動変速機内に配置され、前記第1係合部と前記第2係合部との断接を切り替えることで車両の前進と後進の切り替えを行う前後進切替装置である請求項1,2又は3に記載の動力伝達装置。
