Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る油圧制御装置10の構成図である。油圧制御装置10は、例えば、無段変速機(CVT)である変速機12を搭載する車両14に適用される。
以上のように構成される本実施形態に係る油圧制御装置10の動作について、図2〜図6を参照しながら説明する。ここでは、主として、第2ポンプ30の駆動中におけるチェック弁46の開閉を検知することにより、第2ポンプ30を最適に駆動制御させる場合について説明する。ここでは、必要に応じて、図1も参照しながら説明する。
上記の動作説明に先立ち、油圧制御装置10の基本的な動作について説明する。この基本的な動作では、主として、リザーバ18から第1ポンプ20等を介して無段変速機構44にオイルを供給する油圧系統の動作について説明する。
図2は、図1に示す変速機12を搭載した車両14において、車速V等の車両14に関わる各種データの時間経過を図示したタイミングチャートである。ここでは、第2ポンプ30の駆動中における問題点について説明する。
そこで、上記の問題点を解決するため、本実施形態に係る油圧制御装置10では、図3〜図5に示す原理で、チェック弁46のハンチングの発生を防止するようにしている。
次に、図3〜図5に示す原理を制御ユニット28内で具体的に実行する場合について、図6のフローチャートを参照しながら説明する。
以上説明したように、本実施形態に係る油圧制御装置10によれば、チェック弁46が開いたことを検知すれば、第2ポンプ30を直ちに停止させるか又は低回転状態(アイドル状態)に移行させる。この結果、第2ポンプ30の昇圧中、あるいは、第2ポンプ30を駆動状態から停止状態又は低回転状態に移行させるための過渡状態において、チェック弁46のハンチングの発生を防止することができる。

Claims (6)
- 第1ポンプと変速機の油圧作動部との間に第2ポンプ及びチェック弁が並列に接続され、前記第1ポンプから前記チェック弁を介して前記油圧作動部に第1オイルを供給するか、又は、前記第1ポンプから供給される前記第1オイルを前記第2ポンプで加圧し、加圧した前記第1オイルを第2オイルとして前記油圧作動部に供給する油圧制御装置において、
前記第2ポンプの駆動中、前記チェック弁が開いたことを検知する開弁検知部と、
前記チェック弁が開いたことを前記開弁検知部が検知した場合、前記第2ポンプを停止させるか、又は、前記第2ポンプの回転速度を低下させるポンプ制御部と、
を有することを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の油圧制御装置において、
前記開弁検知部は、前記回転速度の上昇と前記第2ポンプのトルクの低下とが発生した場合、前記チェック弁が開いたことを検知することを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の油圧制御装置において、
前記開弁検知部は、前記第2ポンプのトルクが所定の閾値を下回った場合、前記チェック弁が開いたことを検知することを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の油圧制御装置において、
前記第1ポンプから前記第2ポンプに供給される前記第1オイルの圧力値を検出する油圧センサをさらに有し、
前記開弁検知部は、前記第1オイルの圧力値と、前記油圧作動部に供給されるオイルの圧力値の推定値、又は、他の油圧センサによって検出される前記オイルの圧力値とが略同等である場合、前記チェック弁が開いたことを検知することを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の油圧制御装置において、
前記第1ポンプから前記第2ポンプに供給される前記第1オイルの圧力値を検出する油圧センサをさらに有し、
前記開弁検知部は、
前記回転速度の上昇と前記第2ポンプのトルクの低下とが発生した場合と、
前記トルクが所定の閾値を下回った場合と、
前記第1オイルの圧力値と、前記油圧作動部に供給されるオイルの圧力値の推定値、又は、他の油圧センサによって検出される前記オイルの圧力値とが略同等である場合と、
のうち、少なくとも2つの場合になったときに、前記チェック弁が開いたことを検知することを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の油圧制御装置において、
前記第2ポンプは、モータによって駆動される電動ポンプであり、
前記ポンプ制御部は、前記開弁検知部の検知結果に基づいて前記モータを制御することにより、前記第2ポンプを停止させるか、又は、前記第2ポンプの回転速度を低下させることを特徴とする油圧制御装置。
