Abstract
Description
反応槽の外周に口径9.53mmの銅製パイプ、22mを巻回し、反応液温度を−90℃に設定して銅製パイプに液化窒素を供給した。
反応槽の外周に口径6.35mmの銅製パイプ、34mを巻回し、実験例1と同様に、反応液温度を−90℃に設定して銅製パイプに液化窒素を供給した。
反応槽の外周に口径6.35mmの銅製パイプ、17mを反応槽下半部に巻回し、実験例1と同様に、反応液温度を−90℃に設定して銅製パイプに液化窒素を供給した。
比較例として、銅製パイプを巻回しない状態で同じ装置をジャケット式として使用し、実験例1と同様に、反応液温度を−90℃に設定してジャケット内に液化窒素を供給した。
Claims (8)
- 反応液を収容する反応槽の外壁に当接した状態の熱媒流通管を設けるとともに、前記熱媒流通管の下端部に液熱媒の流入部を、前記熱媒流通管の上端部に前記液熱媒又は液熱媒が気化したガス熱媒の流出部をそれぞれ設けた反応装置。
- 前記熱媒流通管が、前記反応槽の底部側から上部側に向かって螺旋状に巻回されている請求項1記載の反応装置
- 前記熱媒流通管と前記反応槽外壁との間に生じる隙間に充填材を充填した請求項1又は2記載の反応装置。
- 前記充填材を、該充填材の内部を液体が流下可能な材料で形成するとともに、前記流出部を前記充填材に向けて液熱媒を流出させる方向に形成した請求項3記載の反応装置。
- 前記熱媒流通管の外周に、該熱媒流通管を反応槽の外壁に押し付けるための押え部材を備えている請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の反応装置。
- 前記熱媒流通管を設けた反応槽の外周を気密に覆う外槽を備えている請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載の反応装置。
- 前記熱媒が液体窒素である請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載の反応装置。
- 反応液を収容する反応槽の外壁に、内部を液体が流下可能な充填材を介して熱媒流通管を設けるとともに、前記熱媒流通管の下端部に液熱媒の流入部を、前記熱媒流通管の上端部に前記液熱媒又は液熱媒が気化したガス熱媒の流出部をそれぞれ設けた反応装置。
