本实用新型涉及化学反应器具领域，具体涉及一种带改进型电加热反应釜。
背景技术
反应釜是在一定压力和温度下，借助搅拌器将一定容积的两种或多种液体以及液体与固体或气体物料混匀，促进其反应的设备。带搅拌的夹套反应釜是精细化工、涂料、热熔胶、医药及食品等工业中常用的反应设备之一。其釜体上的夹套主要是用于加热和冷却的模块。夹套反应釜主要由搅拌容器(包含罐体和夹套)、搅拌装置、传动装置、轴封装置、支座、入料口、工艺接管和一些附件组成。
现有的电加热反应釜是通过电加热棒加热导热油，以夹套内导热油为介质给釜体内物料传热，此种传热效率不高，物料加热和冷却缓慢，难以满足生产要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术存在的不足，提供一种改进型电加热反应釜。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型技术方案如下：
改进型电加热反应釜包括带有夹套的罐体，罐体下端为支撑罐体的支座，罐体内设有搅拌器，其中搅拌器用于将物料混匀，电热棒插管能加热导热油，以导热油为介质给罐体内物料传热。搅拌器通过搅拌轴与罐体顶部的传动装置连接，搅拌轴与罐体顶部连接处设有轴封，罐体上端设有入料口。
所述夹套内设有盘管和电热棒插管，通过电加热棒加热导热油，通过盘管循环输送导热油实现罐体内物料的快速加热。
所述罐体的中间位置设有排废液的排水阀。
所述夹套上设有循环冷却用进水阀和出水阀。
本实用新型的优势为：
由于罐体内设有盘管，通过盘管循环输送导热油能实现罐体内物料的快速加热和冷却，且盘管易于检修、易于查漏、易于更换；由于夹套上设有进水阀和出水阀，冷却水循环进一步提高了物料的冷却速度，从而有效提高了电加热反应釜的工作效率。

本反应釜规格为500L，实际容量为550L，罐体直径900mm，夹套内盘管传热面积为2.43m2。
