一种改进型的聚醚聚合釜
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及化学合成反应设备领域,具体一种改进型的聚醚聚合釜。
(二)背景技术
聚醚聚合釜包括釜体、搅拌器、进出料口,釜体壁外部设置有半管夹套结构,半管夹套内通入水蒸气,用于冷却聚合釜中的物料,釜体壁内侧设备有一层热交换盘管,搅拌器安装于搅拌轴,搅拌轴安装于机架,机架上安装有减速机和搅拌电机。其缺点在于:其热交换盘管只设置有一道,热交换率低,不能满足反应物料的温度要求;另外,搅拌器均为折叶桨式搅拌器,其在聚合釜内部能直到良好的物料搅拌效果,但是在聚合釜底部的仍采用折叶桨式搅拌器,其稳定性差,底部物料搅拌效果差,物料容易粘结。
(三)发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种改进型的聚醚聚合釜,其热交换效率高,能保证反应物料对反应温度的要求,反应物料能充分搅拌均匀,提高反应率。
其技术方案是这样的:其包括釜体,所述釜体壁外侧安装有夹套,所述釜体上部安装有机架,所述机架上安装有减速机,所述减速机上部连接有搅拌电机,所述减速机下部连接有搅拌轴,所述机架内的减速机与所述搅拌轴之间设置有机械密封件,所述搅拌轴上安装搅拌器,在所述釜体内侧安装有热交换盘管,其特征在于:所述热交换盘管设置有两道。
其进一步特征在于:所述热交换盘管包括外盘管和内盘管;所述外盘管与所述内盘管平行安装;所述搅拌器包括底部搅拌器和中部搅拌器;所述底部搅拌器为框式搅拌器;所述搅拌轴包括上搅拌轴和下搅拌轴;所述上搅拌轴与所述下搅拌轴通过连接件连接。
本实用新型的结构中,聚合釜内侧的热交换盘管设置有两道,其能提高热交换率,保证反应物料对温度的要求以及保证反应功效;釜底搅拌器为以框式搅拌器代替折叶桨式搅拌器,增强了整个搅拌器的稳定性,提高了搅拌效果,使物料能够充分反应。

见图1,本实用新型包括釜体1,釜体1壁外侧安装有夹套2,釜体1上部安装有机架3,机架3上安装有减速机4,减速机4上部连接有搅拌电机5,减速机4下部连接有搅拌轴,机架3内的减速机4与搅拌轴之间设置有机械密封件17,搅拌轴上安装搅拌器,在釜体1内侧安装有两道热交换盘管,依次为外盘管5和内盘管6;外盘管5与内盘管6平行安装;搅拌器包括底部搅拌器7和中部搅拌器8;底部搅拌器7为框式搅拌器;中部搅拌器8为折叶桨式搅拌器;搅拌轴包括上搅拌轴9和下搅拌轴10;上搅拌轴9与下搅拌轴10通过连接件连接.图中,11为进料口,12为进料管,13为人孔,14为耳座,15为蒸汽进口,16为蒸汽出口,18为出料口.
本实用新型结构的聚醚聚合釜为可以实现制造50M3以上容积的聚醚反应,其反应温度易保证,生产效率高,不易产生物料粘结的釜体的特点。

1.一种改进型的聚醚聚合釜,其包括釜体,所述釜体壁外侧安装有夹套,所述釜体上部安装有机架,所述机架上安装有减速机,所述减速机上部连接有搅拌电机,所述减速机下部连接有搅拌轴,所述机架内的减速机与所述搅拌轴之间设置有机械密封件,所述搅拌轴上安装搅拌器,在所述釜体内侧安装有热交换盘管,其特征在于:所述热交换盘管设置有两道。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种改进型的聚醚聚合釜,其特征在于:所述两道热交换盘管包括外盘管和内盘管,所述外盘管与所述内盘管平行安装。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种改进型的聚醚聚合釜,其特征在于:所述搅拌器包括底部搅拌器和中部搅拌器。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种改进型的聚醚聚合釜,其特征在于:所述底部搅拌器为框式搅拌器。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种改进型的聚醚聚合釜,其特征在于:所述搅拌轴包括上搅拌轴和下搅拌轴,所述上搅拌轴与所述下搅拌轴通过连接件连接。
