一种生物柴油、复合柴油反应釜,属于到化工反应设备领域,尤其是涉及到生物柴油、复合柴油生产设备。
技术背景
生物柴油生产设备基本上选用是搪瓷反应釜,虽然搪瓷耐酸碱性能好,但由于搪瓷设备受结构及加工设施限制,很难做成大的规格,例如一般最大密积至多五、六立方米,而生物柴油加工中往往需要大规格的容器进行反应,故采用大规格非搪瓷的金属反应釜就有广泛实际使用价值。
发明内容
为了克服现有生物柴油生产设备某些不足,本实用新型提供了一种采用非搪瓷金属材料及夹套式结构的反应釜以适应多种规格的生产需要。
本实用新型解决其技术问题技术方案是:设计一个圆柱形釜体(9)和锥形釜体(14)组成一个反应釜容积体,再在釜体上部设置封头(7),共同构成了反应釜基本结构;在该基本结构外侧设置了圆柱形夹套(10)、锥形夹套(15),并在封头上部设置了人孔(4)、视镜(3)和(6),又在釜体上设置了进料管(1)和(8)以及出料管(12)等,从而,形成了一个完整的夹套式反应釜。
本实用新型有益的效果是:采用非搪瓷材料可以加工大规格设备,以适应大容量生产设备的需要;夹套式结构有利于用传热介质进行加温。

在图1中,封头(7)、锥形釜体(14)分别焊于圆柱形釜体(9)上、下部,圆柱形夹套(10)、锥形夹套(15)分别焊接于圆柱形釜体(9)和锥形釜体(14)外侧;视镜(3)、(6)分别焊在封头(7)靠近圆柱形釜体(9)的弧形处;人孔(4)设置在封头(7)中部;进料管(1)、(8)分别焊在圆柱形釜体(9)两侧的上部;支托(11)焊在圆柱形夹套(10)的上部;出料管(12)设置在锥形釜体(14)下部;(5)是螺丝,用于固定人孔上的盖板;(13)是出油管,固定在锥形夹套的下部,(2)是导热油进管,焊接在圆柱形夹套(10)的上部。

1.一种生物柴油、复合柴油反应釜,它由封头(7)、圆柱形釜体(9)、圆柱形夹套(10)、出料管(12)、排油管(13)、锥形釜体(14)、锥形夹套(15)等组成;其特征是:封头(7)、锥形釜体(14)分别焊于圆柱形釜体(9)上、下部,圆柱形夹套(10)、锥形夹套(15)分别焊接于圆柱形釜体(9)和锥形釜体(14)外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物柴油、复合柴油反应釜,其特征是:视镜(3)、(6)分别焊在封头(7)靠近圆柱形釜体(9)的弧形处;人孔(4)设置在封头(7)中部;进料管(1)、(8)分别焊在圆柱形釜体(9)两侧的上部;支托(11)焊在圆柱形夹套(10)的上部;出料管(12)设置在锥形釜体(14)下部。
