Abstract

一种利用余热的沼气池,将导热性能好的冷却水管先经沼气反应池然后送入晾水池,冷却水管铺在沼气反应池的下面。克服了以往将带温度的冷却水直接送到了沼气池的晾水池,没有充分利用的弊端。本实用新型全面利用了冷却水的余温,将其余温提升反应池的温度,同时降低了冷却水温度。

本实用新型涉及沼气池,特别是一种全面利用余热的沼气池。
背景技术
在粮食生产加工过程中,特别是制糖过程中,会产生大量温度高的冷却水。目前,这些带温度的冷却水往往直接送到了沼气池的晾水池,没有得到充分利用。
实用新型内容
针对上述同类技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种利用余热的沼气池,可以利用冷却水的余温提高反应池的温度。
本实用新型的技术方案是:导热性能好的冷却水管先经沼气反应池然后送入晾水池,冷却水管铺在沼气反应池的下面。
所述冷却水管采用导热性好的金属管。
作为优选方案,增加冷却水管与沼气反应池的换热面积,冷却水管弯曲铺设在沼气反应池的下面。
沼气反应池的下面冷却水管呈Z字或S形铺设。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型全面利用了冷却水的余温,将其余温提升反应池的温度,同时降低了冷却水温度。
