本实用新型涉及反应釜技术领域,具体为一种螺旋半管夹套式反应釜。
背景技术
在化工领域,反应釜是一种比较常用的生产设备,其中夹套式反应釜占了很大一部分,夹套式反应釜就是在反应釜的外壁设置夹套,夹套内通入冷或者热的流体,用于反应釜内物料的冷却或者加热。
传统的夹套式反应釜多数采用U型或者圆筒型夹套,这种结构的夹套式反应釜占用空间较大、传热效率不高、用材量大,而且反应釜的釜体受力也不好,有待于进一步改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构紧凑、传热效率高、用材量少、釜体受力好的螺旋半管夹套式反应釜。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
螺旋半管夹套式反应釜,包括封头、筒体和锥底,所述封头与所述锥底分别焊接在所述筒体两端,所述封头设置物料进口和人孔,该物料进口设置在封头中心位置,所述锥底的底端设置物料出口,与传统反应釜的显著区别在于:所述筒体和所述锥底外壁设置冷却管,所述冷却管设置出水口和进水口,在冷却管中可以通入冷或者热的流体,对釜体内物料进行冷却或者加热。
作为一种改进,所述冷却管自上而下螺旋缠绕在筒体和锥底外壁上,这种螺旋结构可以扩大传热面积,提高传热效率。
作为一种改进,所述冷却管为半管式冷却管,该半管式冷却管直接焊接在反应釜的釜体外壁,用料量少、结构紧凑。
作为一种进一步的改进,所述冷却管内壁设置保温管,外壁设置护板,护板不仅可以对内部的保温管进行保护,而且改善了整个釜体的受力情况;另外处于稳定性的考虑,护板选用与釜体一致的材质,利于两者的紧密结合。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型具有结构紧凑、传热效率高、用材量少、釜体受力好等有益效果。

参见图1和图2,螺旋半管夹套式反应釜,包括封头1、筒体2和锥底3,所述封头1与所述锥底3分别焊接在所述筒体2两端,所述封头1设置物料进口4和人孔5,该物料进口4设置在封头1中心位置,所述锥底3的底端设置物料出口6,所述筒体2和所述锥底3外壁设置冷却管7,所述冷却管7设置出水口8和进水口9,该冷却管7为半管式冷却管,自上而下螺旋缠绕在筒体2和锥底3外壁上,冷却管7的内壁为保温管10,外壁为护板11,本实施例中,所述釜体与护板11均采用不锈钢构件,两者采用相同构件的好处在于可以紧密结合。
螺旋半管夹套式反应釜在工作时,将冷却管7中通入冷或者热的流体,对釜体内物料进行冷却或者加热,该冷却管7采用的螺旋结构可以扩大传热面积,提高传热效率;冷却管7采用半管结构直接焊接在釜体上,使得整台设备结构紧凑、用材量少;另外冷却管7外壁设置的护板,不仅可以增强管体本身的稳定性,而且改善了整个釜体的受力情况。
