一种内传热式反应釜,包括反应釜体,在反应釜内纵向设置多根换热管,换热管的底部为盲端,换热管在反应釜外侧与热交换介质进管相通,在换热管中设置四氟材料的引出水管。热交换介质进管呈环状设置在釜体外周,引出水管呈环状设置在釜体外周。换热管管壁外表面覆有氟塑料防腐层。反应釜顶部一阀门上安装有传感器,传感器连接线与温控器连接,温控器与电源开关连接;进料口阀门镶嵌在炉体上部位置;反应釜内搅拌装置。结构合理,既有温控的最佳效果,又具有理想的换热效果。

本实用新型涉及化工领域的化学反应器具,一种带有热传感器的反应釜。
背景技术
用于化学反应领域内的反应釜,其反应釜内化工生产中的某些强腐蚀的反应,必须使用搪瓷或内衬四氟的反应釜。传统方法制造的搪瓷或内衬四氟的反应釜,都是通过釜外夹套进行换热,其传热效率很低,影响了化学反应的正常进行,影响了生产效率。同时关于温度的控制一般都是采用外用温度测量仪进行测量,以求得釜内的温度变化情况,然后再进行人工调整。这样测算的数据不精确,如稍有疏忽,就会造成产品的质量不稳定,同时人工调整也会出现一定的差异而影响产品的质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,既有温控的最佳效果,又具有理想的换热效果。
本实用新型技术解决方案是:
一种内传热式反应釜,其特征是:在反应釜内纵向设置换热管,换热管的底部为盲端,换热管在反应釜外测与热交换介质进管相通,在换热管中设置引出水管。热交换介质进管呈环状设置在釜体外周,引出水管呈环状设置在釜体外周。换热管管壁外表面覆有氟塑料防腐层。换热管有多根。引出水管采用四氟管。一阀门上安装有传感器,传感器连接线与温控器连接,温控器与电源开关连接;进料口阀门镶嵌在反应釜体顶部位置,反应釜内设有搅拌装置。
本实用新型结构合理,实现了既具有优异的防腐性能,又具有理想的换热效果,换热效果优于传统的反应釜外夹套进行换热。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2所示的一种内传热式反应釜,包括反应釜体1,在反应釜内纵向设置多根换热管2,换热管的底部为盲端,换热管在反应釜外侧与热交换介质进管3相通,在换热管2中设置四氟材料的引出水管4。热交换介质进管3呈环状设置在釜体外周,引出水管4呈环状设置在釜体外周。换热管2管壁外表面覆有氟塑料防腐层5。反应釜顶部一阀门6上安装有传感器7,传感器7连接线与温控器8连接,温控器与电源开关9连接;进料口阀门10镶嵌在反应釜体顶部位置;反应釜内设有搅拌装置11。

1、一种反应釜,其特征在于:包括反应釜体,在反应釜内纵向设置多根换热管,换热管的底部为盲端,换热管在反应釜外侧与热交换介质进管相通,在换热管中设置四氟材料的引出水管;热交换介质进管呈环状设置在釜体外周,引出水管呈环状设置在釜体外周;换热管管壁外表面覆有氟塑料防腐层;反应釜顶部一阀门上安装有传感器,传感器连接线与温控器连接,温控器与电源开关连接;进料口阀门镶嵌在炉体上部位置;反应釜内设有搅拌装置。
