Claims (6)
- 車両の外部電源(19)から供給される電力により走行可能な車両の制御装置であって、前記車両には、ユーザによる操作時に複数のシフト位置のいずれかの位置に移動され、ユーザによる非操作時には予め定められた中立位置に復帰する変速制御用のモーメンタリ式の可動部(270)と、前記外部電源(19)が接続されるコネクタ(110)と、前記車両の車軸をロックするパーキングロック状態および前記車両の車軸をロックしない非パーキングロック状態のいずれかの状態に切り換えられる切換装置(48)とが備えられ、
前記制御装置は、
前記可動部(270)の位置を検出する検出部(22、24)と、
前記切換装置(48)を制御する制御部(30)とを含み、
前記制御部(30)は、前記切換装置(48)が前記パーキングロック状態である時に前記外部電源(19)が前記コネクタ(110)から取り外された場合、前記外部電源(19)が前記コネクタ(110)から取り外された後に前記可動部(270)が操作されたか否かを判断し、前記可動部(270)が操作されていない場合は前記パーキングロック状態の解除を前記可動部(270)の位置に基づいて行なう解除処理を禁止し、前記可動部(270)が操作された場合は前記解除処理を許容する、車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御部(30)は、前記切換装置(48)が前記パーキングロック状態である時に前記外部電源(19)が前記コネクタ(110)から取り外された場合、前記外部電源(19)が前記コネクタ(110)から取り外された後に前記可動部(270)が前記中立位置から前記中立位置とは異なる所定のシフト位置に操作されたか否かを判断し、前記可動部(270)が前記中立位置から前記所定のシフト位置に操作された場合に前記解除処理を許容する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御部(30)は、前記切換装置(48)が前記パーキングロック状態である時に前記外部電源(19)が前記コネクタ(110)から取り外された場合、前記外部電源(19)が前記コネクタ(110)から取り外された後に前記可動部(270)の位置が前記中立位置に復帰していることが検出されたことを示す復帰履歴が存在するか否かを判断し、前記復帰履歴が存在しない場合は前記解除処理を禁止し、前記復帰履歴が存在しかつ前記可動部(270)が前記中立位置から前記所定のシフト位置に操作された場合に前記解除処理を許容する、請求の範囲第2項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御部(30)は、前記外部電源(19)が前記コネクタ(110)に接続されていない時に前記可動部(270)の位置が前記中立位置に復帰していることが検出された場合に前記復帰履歴を記憶し、前記外部電源(19)が前記コネクタ(110)に接続された時に前記復帰履歴を消去し、前記切換装置(48)が前記パーキングロック状態である時に前記外部電源(19)が前記コネクタ(110)から取り外された場合、前記復帰履歴が記憶されていない場合に前記解除処理を禁止し、前記復帰履歴が記憶されている場合でかつ前記可動部(270)が前記中立位置から前記所定のシフト位置に操作された場合に前記解除処理を許容する、請求の範囲第3項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御部(30)は、前記切換装置(48)が前記パーキングロック状態である時に前記外部電源(19)が前記コネクタ(110)に接続されている場合、前記外部電源(19)からの充電を許容するとともに前記パーキングロック状態の解除を禁止する、請求の範囲第4項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記複数のシフト位置には、前記中立位置に加えて、前進位置が含まれ、
前記前進位置は、前記中立位置よりも低い位置に設けられる、請求の範囲第1〜5項のいずれかに記載の車両の制御装置。
