以下、図1乃至図4を参照して、本発明の実施の形態1について説明する。
次に、本発明の実施の形態2について図5を参照して説明する。
本発明は上述の実施の形態には限定されない。実施の形態1及び2には本発明にかかる「アルコール濃度に関係する情報を取得する手段」、「燃料性状を判定する手段」、「燃料噴射時期を制御する手段」及び「バルブタイミングを制御する手段」が具現化されているが、そこに開示されている構成はこれらの手段が採り得る構成の一例にすぎない。各手段の機能を実現することが可能な全ての構成がそれら各手段の範囲に含まれる。
Claims (13)
- アルコールを含む燃料を筒内に直接噴射する内燃機関の制御装置において、
使用されている燃料のアルコール濃度に関係する情報を取得するアルコール濃度情報手段と、
始動時の所定期間(以下、第1の所定期間)は、吸気上死点よりも進角側のタイミングで排気バルブを閉じるとともに、前記排気バルブを閉じてから吸気バルブを開くまでのマイナスオーバーラップを燃料のアルコール濃度に応じて大きくするように前記排気バルブの閉タイミング又は前記吸気バルブの開タイミングを制御するバルブタイミング制御手段と、
前記第1の所定期間に含まれる始動時の第2の所定期間は、前記マイナスオーバーラップ内に燃料噴射を開始するように燃料噴射時期を制御する燃料噴射時期制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射時期制御手段は、前記マイナスオーバーラップ内で燃料噴射が終了するように燃料噴射時期を制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記バルブタイミング制御手段は、前記排気バルブが閉じるクランク角の吸気上死点に対する進角量を燃料のアルコール濃度に応じて大きくするように前記排気バルブの閉タイミングを制御することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記第1の所定期間は始動1サイクル目以降或いは始動2サイクル目以降の期間であり、前記第2の所定期間は始動2サイクル目以降の期間であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記燃料噴射時期制御手段は、始動1サイクル目は、前記吸気バルブの開タイミングの近傍にて燃料噴射を開始するように燃料噴射時期を制御することを特徴とする請求項4記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記第2の所定期間は、前記内燃機関の代表温度が所定温度に達するまでの期間であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記第2の所定期間は、前記内燃機関の排気通路に配置された触媒の代表温度が所定温度に達するまでの期間であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 燃料を筒内に直接噴射する内燃機関の制御装置において、
使用されている燃料の性状に関係する情報を取得し、使用されている燃料にアルコールが含まれているかどうか判定する燃料性状判定手段と、
燃料にアルコールが含まれている場合、始動時の所定期間(以下、第1の所定期間)は、吸気上死点よりも進角側のタイミングで排気バルブを閉じるとともに、前記排気バルブを閉じてから吸気バルブを開くように前記排気バルブの閉タイミング又は前記吸気バルブの開タイミングを制御するバルブタイミング制御手段と、
燃料にアルコールが含まれている場合、前記第1の所定期間に含まれる始動時の第2の所定期間は、前記排気バルブが閉じてから吸気バルブが開くまでのマイナスオーバーラップ内に燃料噴射を開始するように燃料噴射時期を制御する燃料噴射時期制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射時期制御手段は、前記マイナスオーバーラップ内で燃料噴射が終了するように燃料噴射時期を制御することを特徴とする請求項8記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記第1の所定期間は始動1サイクル目以降或いは始動2サイクル目以降の期間であり、前記第2の所定期間は始動2サイクル目以降の期間であることを特徴とする請求項8又は9記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記燃料噴射時期制御手段は、始動1サイクル目は、前記吸気バルブの開タイミングの近傍にて燃料噴射を開始するように燃料噴射時期を制御することを特徴とする請求項10記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記第2の所定期間は、前記内燃機関の代表温度が所定温度に達するまでの期間であることを特徴とする請求項8乃至11の何れか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記第2の所定期間は、前記内燃機関の排気通路に配置された触媒の代表温度が所定温度に達するまでの期間であることを特徴とする請求項8乃至11の何れか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
