Claims (9)
- 転がり軸受ユニットの軌道輪部材の製造方法であって、
前記軌道輪部材を構成する円筒状部分よりも小径の素円筒状部分を形成し、
前記素円筒状部分を拡径して円筒状部分を形成し、
前記円筒状部分の内外周面の一方に、その周方向に亙って軌道面を形成する方法。 - 前記軌道輪部材は、内周面に複列の軌道面を有する複列アンギュラ型の転がり軸受ユニットの外輪であり、
前記円筒状部分の内周面に、前記複列の軌道面の一方が形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記外輪は、外周面の軸方向中間部から外向に突出する結合フランジを備え、
前記結合フランジは、軸方向において、前記複列の軌道面の間に位置し、
前記複列の軌道面の内径は互いに異なり、
前記円筒状部分の内周面に、大きい内径を有する軌道面が形成される、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 円柱状の素材を軸方向に押し潰して樽型の第一中間素材を形成し、
前記第一中間素材を、押型と受型とを備えた金型ユニット内で塑性変形させて、筒状壁と、前記筒状壁の内側を軸方向の一部で塞ぐ隔板部と、前記筒状壁の外周面の軸方向中間部に設けられた結合フランジとを備えた第二中間素材を形成し、
前記第二中間素材から隔板部を除去して第三中間素材を形成し、
前記素円筒状部分は、軸方向において前記結合フランジの片側の、前記第三中間素材の一部である、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記隔板部は、第二中間素材の軸方向一端部内に形成され、
前記素円筒状部分は、前記隔板部が除去された第三中間素材の部分を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記素円筒状部分の拡径では、前記素円筒状部分にパンチを押し込む、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記素円筒状部分の拡径では、
前記素円筒状部分の内周面にローラを押し付け、
前記素円筒状部分の内周面とローラとの接触部を、前記素円筒状部分の内周面の周方向及び軸方向に移動させる、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記素円筒状部分を拡径では、前記素円筒状部分の外周面を、円周方向に複数のブロックに分割可能な抑え型により抑え付ける、請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記素円筒状部分の拡径では、前記素円筒状部分の温度を、素円筒状部分以外の部分の温度よりも高くする、請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
