Claims (9)
- 回転方向における両側面部に回転方向と垂直な溝部が形成される複数の整流子片と、
前記整流子片の溝部と隣接する前記整流子片の溝部との間を係合する複数のバリスタと、
前記複数の整流子片と前記複数のバリスタとを係合させた状態で一体成形するモールド材と、
により構成することを特徴とするモールド整流子。 - 1mAの電流が流れた場合の前記隣接する整流子片間のバリスタに印加されるバリスタ電圧Avが、バリスタ電圧Av>モータ印加電圧/(整流子片数/2)の条件を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモールド整流子。
- 前記バリスタは酸化亜鉛系組成物により構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモールド整流子。
- 前記バリスタは、前記バリスタを構成する酸化亜鉛系組成物の粉末を真空混練しながら押出成形することにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のモールド整流子。
- 前記整流子片は、錫、ニッケル、金、または、銀で被覆されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモールド整流子。
- 前記バリスタは、整流子片と接触する側面に、錫、ニッケル、金、または、銀が焼き付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモールド整流子。
- 回転方向における両側面部に回転方向と垂直な溝部が形成され円周上に並列する複数の整流子片と、前記整流子片の溝部と隣接する前記整流子片の溝部との間に係合する複数のバリスタと、前記複数の整流子片と前記複数のバリスタとを係合させた状態で一体成形するモールド材と、により構成されるモールド整流子の製造方法であって、
円周上に並列した前記整流子片の間に、前記バリスタを2kN以上で5kN以下の圧入荷重で圧入するバリスタ圧入ステップと、
前記整流子片と前記バリスタとを係合させた状態でモールド材で樹脂モールドするモールドステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするモールド整流子の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載のモールド整流子を用いたことを特徴とするモータ。
- 請求項7に記載のモールド整流子の製造方法により製造されたモールド整流子を用いたことを特徴とするモータ。
