Abstract
Description
以上の各成分をニーダおよびオープンロールで混練し、得られた混練物を170℃、20分間のプレス加硫および200℃、4時間のオーブン加硫(二次加硫)を行って、加硫シート(150×150×2mm)およびG25サイズOリング(内径24.4mm、線径3.1mm)を得た。
常態物性:ASTM D2240、D412に対応するJIS K6253、K6251準拠
低温特性:ASTM D1329に対応するJIS K6261に準拠したTR試験
ガラス転移温度の測定
ブリスター試験:70MPaの水素ガスまたはヘリウムガス中に25℃で5時間浸せきし
た後、5秒以内に常圧まで減圧し、ブリスターが発生したか否か
を目視で確認
実施例1において、シリコーンゴムとしてメチルフェニルシロキサン共重合単位の共重合量が19モル%のメチルフェニルビニル系シリコーンゴムが同量用いられた。
実施例1において、シリコーンゴムとしてメチルフェニルシロキサン共重合単位の共重合量が1.5モル%のメチルフェニルビニル系シリコーンゴムが同量用いられた。
実施例1において、シリコーンゴムとしてメチルフェニルシロキサン共重合単位の共重合量が35モル%のメチルフェニルビニル系シリコーンゴムが同量用いられた。
実施例1において、有機過酸化物量が0.1重量部に変更されて用いられたが、調製された組成物の段階(未加硫状態)で発泡し、成形できなかった。
実施例1において、有機過酸化物量が10重量部に変更されて用いられたが、加硫シート発泡し、成形できなかった。
実施例1においてシリコーンゴムとしてメチルビニル系シリコーンゴム(信越シリコーン製品KE971-U)が同量用いられ、またシリカ量が95重量部に変更された。
実施例1においてシリコーンゴムとしてメチルフルオロアルキルビニル系シリコーンゴム(信越シリコーン製品FE271-U)が同量用いられ、またシリカ量が40重量部に変更された。
Claims (12)
- ジメチルシロキサン共重合単位を主成分とし、これに3〜30モル%のメチルフェニルシロキサン共重合単位を共重合させたビニル基導入メチルフェニルビニル系シリコーンゴム100重量部当り有機過酸化物0.2〜8重量部を含有してなるシリコーンゴム組成物。
- メチルビニルシロキサン0.1〜5モル%を共重合させることによりビニル基を導入したシリコーンゴムが用いられた請求項1記載のシリコーンゴム組成物。
- さらに補強剤としてシリカが50〜120重量部配合された請求項1記載のシリコーンゴム組成物。
- シリカ配合用界面活性剤がシリカ100重量部当り12重量部以下の割合で配合された請求項3記載のシリコーンゴム組成物。
- シリカ配合用界面活性剤がヘキサメチルジシラザンである請求項4記載のシリコーンゴム組成物。
- シリカ配合用界面活性剤重量に対して50重量%以下の水が用いられた請求項4記載のシリコーンゴム組成物。
- 高圧ガス用シール材の加硫成形材料として用いられる請求項1記載のシリコーンゴム組成物。
- 高圧ガス用シール材の加硫成形材料として用いられる請求項3記載のシリコーンゴム組成物。
- 請求項1記載のシリコーンゴム組成物から加硫成形された高圧ガス用シール材。
- 高圧水素ガス用シール材として用いられる請求項9記載の高圧ガス用シール材。
- 請求項3記載のシリコーンゴム組成物から加硫成形された高圧ガス用シール材。
- 高圧水素ガス用シール材として用いられる請求項11記載の高圧ガス用シール材。
