Claims (13)
- 発光色の異なる複数種の発光ダイオード(LED)を備え、これらのLEDからの混合色光を放射する少なくとも一つの発光モジュールと、
上記の少なくとも一つの発光モジュールからの光を配光させるレンズを備えたレンズユニットと、
上記の少なくとも一つの発光モジュールの各LEDに流す電流を制御する光出力コントローラとを備えたLED照明器具であって、
上記の少なくとも一つの発光モジュールから放射される混合色光を検出する器具光センサーを有し、
上記レンズユニットは、上記レンズから上記の混合色光を上記器具光センサーへガイドするための光ガイドを一体に備え、
上記器具光センサーは、検出された混合色から上記の複数種のLEDの発光色に対応する特定色光の光レベルを取り出すように構成され、
上記光出力コントローラは、上記器具光センサーからの特定色光の光出力レベルに基づいて、上記の少なくとも一つの発光モジュールからの混合色が所望の色度となるように、各LEDへの電流をフィードバック制御するように構成されたことを特徴とするLED照明器具。
- 上記所定の色度を規定する異なる特定色光についてそれぞれの光出力レベルの基準値を記憶する記憶部が設けられ、上記光出力コントローラはこの記憶部に記憶された光出力レベルの基準値に基づいて、上記のLEDへの電流を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明器具。
- 上記の器具光センサーは、上記の各特定色光を選択的に透過させる複数の色フィルターと、各色フィルターを通過する特定色の光レベルを検出する複数のレベルセンサーとで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明器具。
- 上記の器具光センサーは、上記の少なくとも一つの発光モジュールからの混合色光を上記の特定色光に分光する分光素子と、分光された各特定色の光レベルを検出するレベルセンサーとで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明器具。
- 上記のレンズユニットに、上記光センサーに近接する集光部が一体に形成され、上記の光ガイドは上記のレンズから上記の集光部に向けて断面積が小さくなったことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明器具。
- 複数の発光モジュールがそれぞれ対応するレンズと上記の器具光センサーとの間の距離が異なる位置に配置され、各レンズから器具光センサーに至る光路長が長い光ガイドの断面積が、光路長の短い光ガイドよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明器具。
- 上記の少なくとも一つの発光モジュールと上記器具光センサーが回路基板上に実装され、上記回路基板が器具本体に支持されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明器具。
- 上記の少なくとも一つの発光モジュールが回路基板上に実装され、上記回路基板が器具本体の前面に支持され、上記光ガイドは上記回路基板を貫通して、器具本体の背面側に延出し、器具本体の背面側に配置された上記器具光センサーに結合されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明器具。
- 上記の器具光センサーは、器具本体と別体に形成された制御ユニット内に収容され、
上記の少なくとも一つの発光モジュールが回路基板上に実装され、上記回路基板が器具本体の前面に支持され、上記光ガイドは上記回路基板を通して上記の器具本体の背面側に延出し、この光ガイドと上記の光センサーとが光ファイバーによって結合されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明器具。
- 上記のレンズユニットに反射体が形成され、レンズ前面から入射する外光を反射して、上記光ガイドから上記器具光センサーに至る経路に外光が入射することを防止したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明器具。
- 上記の反射体は、レンズユニット内に形成した空洞の一面に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のLED照明器具。
- 上記の反射体は、レンズユニット内に形成されて、レンズから伝達される光を光センサー側に反射することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のLED照明器具。
- 周囲の光を検出する周囲光センサーが設けられ、この周囲光センサーは周囲の光から上記の複数種のLEDの発光色に対応する特定色光の光レベルを取り出してこれを上記の光コントローラへ出力し、
上記の光出力コントローラは、上記の周囲光センサーからの特定色の光レベルの比率に一致させるように、上記の少なくとも一つの発光モジュールにおける上記の各LEDへの電流を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明器具。
