Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 一方側の部材と他方側の部材との間に設けられ、当該各部材の少なくとも一方に入力される振動を吸収して減衰する液体封入式マウントであって、
一端が前記一方側の部材に取り付けられるスタッドと、
前記スタッドを挿通する孔を有し、前記他方側の部材に固定されるフランジ部材と、
前記フランジ部材に取り付けられ、前記スタッドの他端が組み込まれるケースと、
前記ケースの開口端部側に外周側が固着され、前記スタッドの外周面に内周側が固着されることにより、前記ケース内に粘性液が封入される収容室を形成する可撓性のシール部材と、
前記スタッドの他端に固定され、前記粘性液中に移動可能に配置される減衰板と、
前記一方側の部材と前記フランジ部材との間に組み込まれ、当該両方の部材間の荷重を支持する弾性体と、
を有することを特徴とする液体封入式マウント。 - 請求項1記載の液体封入式マウントにおいて、前記弾性体は、圧縮方向荷重を支持し、前記シール部材は、前記減衰板が抜き方向移動時に当接可能なストッパ部を備え、抜き方向荷重を支持することを特徴とする液体封入式マウント。
- 請求項1記載の液体封入式マウントにおいて、前記フランジ部材は、前記ケースの剛性に比べて高剛性であることを特徴とする液体封入式マウント。
- 請求項1記載の液体封入式マウントにおいて、前記フランジ部材は、圧縮方向荷重を前記弾性体を介して支持するとともに、抜き方向荷重を前記シール部材を介して支持することを特徴とする液体封入式マウント。
- 請求項1記載の液体封入式マウントにおいて、前記フランジ部材は、前記他方側の部材の一部であることを特徴とする液体封入式マウント。
- 請求項1記載の液体封入式マウントにおいて、前記フランジ部材の孔の内周面と前記スタッドの外周面との間に、第2の弾性体を配置することを特徴とする液体封入式マウント。
- 請求項1記載の液体封入式マウントにおいて、前記スタッドは、その外周面にスリーブを有していることを特徴とする液体封入式マウント。
- 請求項1記載の液体封入式マウントにおいて、前記弾性体および前記シール部材を、組み付け状態のもとで予備圧縮することを特徴とする液体封入式マウント。
- 請求項8記載の液体封入式マウントにおいて、前記予備圧縮は、前記弾性体および前記シール部材を、前記一方側の部材および前記減衰板により前記フランジ部材に向けて圧縮して行うことを特徴とする液体封入式マウント。
- 請求項1記載の液体封入式マウントにおいて、前記一方側の部材が建設機械におけるキャブの底壁側部材であり、前記他方側の部材が建設機械における車体フレームであることを特徴とする液体封入式マウント。
- 一方側の部材と他方側の部材との間に設けられ、当該各部材の少なくとも一方に入力される振動を吸収して減衰する液体封入式マウントの組み立て方法であって、
スタッドの外周面に接着によりシール部材の内周面を固着し、前記スタッドに減衰板を固定するとともに前記スタッドを前記減衰板が粘性液中に浸かるようにケース内に位置させ、前記シール部材の外周側を前記ケースの開口端部側に嵌め込んで前記ケース内に収容室を形成する第1工程と、
前記他方側の部材に一体に固定されるフランジ部材の孔に前記スタッドを挿通するとともに前記ケースをフランジ部材に固着し、リング状の弾性体を前記スタッドに挿通して前記フランジ部材に載置するとともに前記スタッドを前記一方側の部材に固定する第2工程と、
からなることを特徴とする液体封入式マウントの組み立て方法。 - 請求項11記載の液体封入式マウントの組み立て方法において、前記スタッドは、外周面に前記シール部材が固着されるスリーブと、前記スリーブに挿通され前記減衰板が固定されるとともに前記一方側の部材に固定されるボルトとを有していることを特徴とする液体封入式マウントの組み立て方法。
