Claims (9)
- 歯面に微小凹形状のくぼみをランダムに無数に設けた歯車において、
前記くぼみを設けた面の軸方向の面粗さパラメータRyniが0.8μm≦Ryni≦2.3μmの範囲内であることを特徴とする歯車。 - 前記くぼみを設けた面の軸方向の面粗さパラメータRqniが、0.13μm≦Rqni≦0.5μmの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の歯車。
- 前記くぼみを設けた面の軸方向の面粗さパラメータRymaxが1.3〜3.0μmの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の歯車。
- 前記くぼみを設けた面の軸方向の面粗さパラメータSk値が−1.3以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の歯車。
- 前記くぼみを設けた面におけるくぼみの面積率が35〜75%の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の歯車。
- 前記歯車が表層に窒素富化層を有し、かつ、前記窒素富化層におけるオーステナイト結晶粒の粒度番号が10番を超える範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の歯車。
- 前記窒素富化層における窒素含有量が0.1%〜0.7%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の歯車。
- 前記窒素含有量が、歯面の表層50μmにおける値であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の歯車。
- 駆動力により駆動される駆動歯車と、前記駆動歯車に対して、噛合により駆動される被駆動歯車とを有する歯車駆動装置において、
駆動歯車と被駆動歯車の少なくとも何れか一方が請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の歯車であることを特徴とする歯車駆動装置。
