Claims (6)
- 前後に貫通した内腔を有し、前記内腔が上方に開口して上部窓が設けられたハウジングと、前記上部窓に円筒面を位置させて前記ハウジングの内腔に装着され、前記内腔を前後方向に移動可能なローラとを備え、前記内腔の左右側壁内面に、前記上部窓に沿って前後方向に延びる案内溝が形成され、前記ローラはそのローラ支軸が前記案内溝に案内され、前記内腔の底面と前記案内溝の間の間隔が、前記内腔の前方部または後方部のいずれか一方に形成された狭窄領域において、他方に形成された開放領域における間隔よりも小さく設定され、前記ローラが前記狭窄領域に位置するとき、前記内腔に挿通されたチューブが前記ローラと前記内腔の底面との間で押圧されて閉塞された状態であり、前記ローラが前記開放領域に位置するとき、前記チューブが開放された状態であるチューブクランプにおいて、
前記ローラの上部に装着されて前記上部窓から上面部を露出させ、前記ローラと一体となって前記ハウジングの内腔中を移動可能なスライダを更に備え、
前記スライダは、その後端部側面に設けられ前記案内溝に係合した一対のスライダ支軸と、前端側下端部に設けられ前記ローラ支軸と嵌合して前記ローラを保持する軸受け切欠きとを有し、前記スライダ支軸及び前記ローラ支軸が共に前記案内溝により案内されることを特徴とするチューブクランプ。 - 前記狭窄領域が前記内腔の後方部に配置された請求項1に記載のチューブクランプ。
- 前記上部窓の前端部側縁に、上方から前記一対の案内溝に各々連通した一対の切欠き溝が形成され、前記スライダは、前記切欠き溝を経由して前記スライダ支軸を前記案内溝の後方に摺動させることにより、前記上部窓を通して前記内腔に挿入可能であり、
前記内腔の前方開口端部における前記内腔の上壁面と前記案内溝の下側段差部との間の間隔は、前記ローラが、前記ローラ支軸を前記案内溝に位置させて前記内腔の前方開口を通して前記内腔中に挿入可能な程度に離間しており、
前記ローラ支軸が前記軸受け切欠きに嵌合することにより、前記ローラと前記スライダが一体に結合し、前記スライダが前記上部窓の前端に位置した状態において、前記スライダの前端部が、前記上部窓の前端縁により更に前方への移動を制限される請求項1に記載のチューブクランプ。 - 前記軸受け切欠きの開口端の幅は、前記ローラ支軸の径よりも小さく、前記軸受け切欠きの開口端部を弾性変形により拡大させて前記ローラ支軸を圧入することにより、ローラ支軸が前記軸受け切欠きに嵌合されている請求項3に記載のチューブクランプ。
- 前記スライダの後端に設けられた係止部と、前記上部窓の後端近傍における前記ハウジングの内面に形成された係止突起とを更に備え、前記ローラが前記狭窄領域に位置する状態で、前記係止部と係止突起が互いに係合して、前記スライダの前方への移動を制止する請求項1に記載のチューブクランプ。
- 前記案内溝が形成する段差部に通じるように前記案内溝上部の前記ハウジング内壁面に形成された係合溝を更に備え、
前記ローラが前記狭窄領域に位置する状態で、前記ローラ支軸が前記係合溝に係合可能である請求項1に記載のチューブクランプ。
