Abstract
Description
そして、このような需要に応じるため、従来から、合成樹脂に抗菌剤などを練りこんだ樹脂組成物でその表面を被覆したテーブル(特許文献1参照)やこのような樹脂組成物(特許文献2参照)を成形した容器などが利用されている。
さらに、樹脂組成物が有する積層体を構成する抗菌性金属層に銀を使用した場合であって、当該金属層が同積層体を構成する合成樹脂層に完全に埋没した場合であっても、銀イオンの溶出が妨げられず、かつ、電磁波によるスパーク現象も生じないという利点がある。

試験片1について、JIS Z2801(フィルム密着法)に従って抗菌性試験を行ったところ、抗菌活性値4.8という優れた抗菌性を示した。なお、試験菌株として、黄色ブドウ球菌(Staphylococcus aureus NBRC 12732)を使用した。
試験片2について、水質試験などで使われるICP法により、銀イオン溶出量を計測したところ、86ppbの銀イオン溶出を確認した。生物学上5〜10ppbで細菌などの微生物は死滅するといわれているので、試験片2は十分な抗菌性を持つことが分った。
本実施例は、本発明に係る樹脂組成物を成形して得られる食品保存容器に関するものである。
Claims (8)
- 抗菌性金属からなる金属層とその両面を覆う合成樹脂フィルムを少なくとも備えた積層体と、合成樹脂とを含有することを特徴とする樹脂組成物。
- 前記抗菌性金属が銀であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記積層体の形状が、粉状、糸状、短冊状のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は請求の範囲第2項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 積層体が有する金属層が合成樹脂に完全に埋没しても、銀イオンの溶出が妨げられず、抗菌性を損なわない請求の範囲第1項から請求の範囲第3項のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 銀イオンの溶出が妨げられない樹脂組成物であっても、電磁波によるスパーク現象を生じない請求の範囲第1項から請求の範囲第4項のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 樹脂組成物を構成する合成樹脂の融点及び軟化点が、当該樹脂組成物に含まれる積層体を構成する合成樹脂フィルムの融点及び軟化点より低温であることにより、金属光沢に優れた審美性を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から請求の範囲第5項のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 外部表面の少なくとも一部が、請求の範囲第1項から請求の範囲第6項のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物によって被覆されていることを特徴とする家具又は家庭電化製品。
- 請求の範囲第1項から請求の範囲第6項のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物から成形された成形品。
