Claims (7)
- C:0.04重量%以下、Si:0.01〜0.5重量%、Mn:7重量%以下、Cr28〜31.5重量%、Nb:0.5重量%以下、Ta:0.005〜3.0重量%、Fe:7〜11重量%、Al:0.01〜0.4重量%、Ti:0.01〜0.45重量%、V:0.5重量%以下を含有し、不可避不純物としてP:0.02重量%以下、S:0.015重量%以下、O:0.01重量%以下、N:0.002〜0.1重量%を含有し、残部がNiからなる組成を有するNi基高Cr合金溶加材。
- B,Zr,希土類元素から選択した一種以上:0.01重量%以下を更に含有する請求項1に記載のNi基高Cr合金溶加材。
- Ca:0.01重量%以下、Mg:0.01重量%以下を更に含有する請求項1または2に記載のNi基高Cr合金溶加材。
- C:0.04重量%以下、Si:0.01〜0.5重量%、Mn:7重量%以下、Cr28〜31.5重量%、Nb:0.5重量%以下、Ta:0.005〜3.0重量%、Fe:7〜11重量%、V:0.5重量%以下を含有し、不可避不純物としてP:0.02重量%以下、S:0.015重量%以下、N:0.002〜0.1重量%を含有し、残部がNiからなる組成を有する溶接金属が得られる被覆アーク溶接用溶接棒。
- 前記溶接金属はAl:0.01〜0.4重量%、Ti:0.01〜0.45重量%、B,Zr,希土類元素から選択した一種以上:0.01重量%以下を更に含有する請求項4に記載の被覆アーク溶接用溶接棒。
- 被覆アーク溶接によって形成される溶接金属において、
C:0.04重量%以下、Si:0.01〜0.5重量%、Mn:7重量%以下、Cr28〜31.5重量%、Nb:0.5重量%以下、Ta:0.005〜3.0重量%、Fe:7〜11重量%、V:0.5重量%以下を含有し、不可避不純物としてP:0.02重量%以下、S:0.015重量%以下、N:0.002〜0.1重量%を含有し、残部のNiを含有する被覆アーク溶接金属。 - 前記溶接金属はAl:0.01〜0.4重量%、Ti:0.01〜0.45重量%、B,Zr,希土類元素から選択した一種以上:0.01重量%以下を更に含有する請求項6に記載の被覆アーク溶接金属。
