３のシリコン酸化膜、１３は第５の電極、１４は
第６の電極、１５は第７の電極である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体基板内に形成され表面が多数島状の形状
    を有する第１の拡散領域とこの第１の拡散領域と
    隣接して形成される格子状の形状を有する第２の
    拡散領域とを有するトランジスタに於いて、前記
    第１の拡散領域とオーミツクコンタクトする第１
    層目の多数島状の第１の電極と、前記第２の拡散
    領域とオーミツクコンタクトする第１層目の格子
    状の第２の電極と、前記第１の電極とオーミツク
    コンタクトする第２層目の第３の電極と、前記第
    ２の電極とオーミツクコンタクトする第２層目の
    第４の電極と、前記第３および第４の電極と夫々
    オーミツクコンタクトし且つチツプ面積を２分割
    する第５および第６の電極とを具備することを特
    徴としたトランジスタ。
