角度演算手段、３１……許容傾斜角度設定器、３
２……測定長設定部、３３……許容傾斜角度演算

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 粗さ測定機の変位検出手段からの変位信号
    に基づいて測定値の中心軌跡を求めるとともにこ
    の中心軌跡の基線に対する傾斜角度を求める傾斜
    角度演算手段と、 基線に対する測定値の中心軌跡の許容傾斜角度
    を設定するための許容傾斜角度設定器と、 傾斜角度演算手段の出力信号と許容傾斜角度設
    定器の出力信号を比較して測定値の中心軌跡の傾
    斜角度が許容傾斜角度よりも大きいか否かを判断
    する比較器と、 この比較器の出力を入力として測定対象物また
    は前記変位検出手段を次回測定における測定値の
    中心軌跡の傾斜角度が前記許容角度より小さくな
    るように姿勢変更するための姿勢変更手段とを備
    え測定値を上限値および下限値からスケールアウ
    トさせないように自動的にレベリングできるよう
    に構成したことを特徴とする粗さ測定機のレベリ
    ング装置。 (2) 前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項におい
    て、前記傾斜角度演算手段が、測定値の中心軌跡
    とその傾斜角度を最小自乗法により求めるものと
    形成されている粗さ測定機のレベリング装置。 (3) 前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または
    第２項において、前記許容傾斜角度設定器が、測
    定長設定部とこの測定長設定部で設定された測定
    長に対応する許容傾斜角度を求める許容傾斜角度
    演算回路とから形成されている粗さ測定機のレベ
    リング装置。 (4) 前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし
    第３項のいずれかにおいて、前記姿勢変更手段が
    、基台に対し支軸を中心に回動可能とされた載物
    台と、この載物台に回動自在に取り付けられたロ
    ーラと、このローラと当接される傾斜面をもつ往
    復移動なカム体とから形成されている粗さ測定機
    のレベリング装置。
