Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 細く絞られたビームを被検査プリント基板上に
    照射し、この被検査プリント基板からの上記ビー
    ムの反射光あるいは透過光を検知してプリント基
    板の検査を行う実装済プリント基板自動検査装置
    であつて、 上記ビームを定点０を中心として放射状に走査
    するビーム走査手段３と、上記放射の中心点と一
    方の焦点とが一致するように配設されるとともに
    上記放射状に走査されるビームを集光する集光レ
    ンズ４とを備え、この集光レンズによつて集光さ
    れたビームのビームスポツトを被検査プリント基
    板上で掃引するようにしたことを特徴とする実装
    済プリント基板自動検査装置。
