図、第5図は第1図に符号で示されている吹込
ステーシヨンを示す図、第6図は下方に向けられ
たアンプルつの状部端部を溶融するための、第1
図に符号で示されている加工ステーシヨンを示

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 管ガラスからガラス容器中間製品の製造機に
    よつてガラス容器の中間製品として製造された容
    器素材からガラス容器を製造する装置であつて、
    それぞれ所定の製造段階まで容器素材を加工する
    、搬送径路に沿つて配置された加工ステーシヨン
    と、1つの加工ステーシヨンから搬送方向で次の
    加工ステーシヨンへ容器素材を間欠的に搬送する
    装置と、を有している形式のものにおいて、それ
    ぞれ1つの容器素材16の一端部を掴んで締込む
    締込装置15を有し、該締込装置15が、回転軸
    線を中心にして回転可能に支承されており、かつ
    加工ステーシヨンに沿つて間欠的に運動可能であ
    ることを特徴とする、ガラス容器を製造する装置
    。 2 締込装置が、少なくとも1つの、ばね作用を
    有する部材27を備えたチヤツク15であり、上
    記部材27が締込面として容器素材に係合せしめ
    られる実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置
    。 3 チヤツク15が、容器素材に係合するそれぞ
    れ1つの板ばねを各ジヨー25に備えた、3つの
    ジヨーより成るチヤツクとして構成されている実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載の装置。 4 チヤツク15のジヨー25が、容器素材16
    を不動に締込んださいに、ばね作用を有する部材
    27のばね作用をロツクする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第2項又は第3項記載の装置。 5 締込装置15はそれらの回転軸線に対してほ
    ぼ直角に延びている旋回軸線を中心にして、ほぼ
    水平の回転軸線を有する位置と締込まれた容器素
    材16の頭部側を下向きにする作業位置との間で
    、旋回可能であり、かつ上記締込装置が、所定の
    加工ステーシヨンに到達する前に下方に向けられ
    た作業位置にあるように、案内される実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第1項から第4項までのいずれか1
    項記載の装置。 6 締込装置15が、搬送径路としての、平面図
    でみてほぼ円形の、環状に閉じられた軌道を案内
    されており、かつ加工ステーシヨンが順次に上記
    軌道に沿つて該軌道の下側に配置されている実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第1項から第5項までのいず
    れか1項記載の装置。
