Abstract
노축 방향으로 이동가능한 워크 테이블(3)위에 얹혀진 워크(2)를 상기 X축과 직교하는 Y축 방향으로 이동가능한 가공헤드(4)에 의해 가공하도록 한 열 절단 가공기의 워크 반송장치에 있어서, 상기 워크 테이블의 상부에 워크의 반입 및 반출을 하는 체인 콘베이어(5)를 설치하고, 또한 상기 워크 테이블의 근처에는 상기 체인 콘베이어로의 워크의 반입 및 반출을 하는 롤러 콘베이어(12b)를 구비한 반송 장치 본체(12)를 설치해서, 상기 본체의 롤러 콘베이어에 워크를 셋트가 가능하도록 하고 상기 워크 테이블의 체인 콘베이어와 상기 본체의 롤러 콘베이어의 사이에 가공후의 워크를 제품과 스크랩으로 분리하는 분리기구(15)를 설치한 워크 반송 장치이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 열 절단 가공기의 워크 반송 장치의 한 실시예 전체의 정면도,
제2도는 상기 실시예의 평면도,
제3도는 열절단 가공기의 워크 테이블의 평면도,
제4도는 제3도의 VI-VI선을 따라 취한 단면도,
제5도는 제3도의 V-V선을 따라 취한 단면도.
Claims (4)
- X축 방향으로 이동가능한 워크 테이블 위에 얹혀진 워크를 상기 X축과 직교하는 Y축 방향으로 이동가능한 가공헤드에 의해 가공하도록 하는 열 절단 가공기의 워크 반송 장치에 있어서, 상기 워크 테이블의 상부에 워크의 반입 및 반출을 하는 체인 콘베이어를 설치하고, 또한 상기 워크 테이블의 근처에는 상기 체인 콘베이어로의 워크의 반입 및 반출을 행하는 롤러 콘베이어를 구비한 반송 장치 본체를 설치해서, 상기 본체의 롤러 콘베이어에 워크를 셋트 자유롭게 하고 상기 워크 테이블의 체인 콘베이어와 상기 본체의 롤러 콘베이어의 사이에 가공후의 워크를 제품과 스크랩으로 분리하는 분리 기구를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 열 절단 가공기의 워크 반송 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 롤러 콘베이어가 복수단으로서 리프터에 의해 상하운동이 가능하고, 각 롤러 콘베이어에 복수의 워크를 각각 셋트가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 절단 가공기의 워크 반송 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 리프터에 의해 상기 워크 테이블의 체인 콘베이어와 같은 높이로 상승된 롤러 콘베이어의 체인과 체인 콘베이어의 반송 모터가 커플링 장치에 의해 자동적으로 접속되어서, 체인 콘베이어의 회전과 함께 그 단의 롤러 콘베이어의 롤러만이 체인 콘베이어와 동기 회전되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 절단 가공기의 워크 반송 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리 기구가 1쌍의 가로 자리수를 갖추고 있어서, 양가로자리수의 간격이 워크의 폭에 의해 조정이 가능하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 절단 가공기의 워크 반송 장치.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
