Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は半導体容器、特にパッケージ本体とキャップか
ら成る気密封止形の半導体容器に関するものである。
（従来技術） 第２図にパッケージ本体、キヤ、プ及びパッケージ本体
とキャップを接着する封止部材からなる従来の半導体容
器の断面構造図の１例を示す。図に示す如く、パッケー
ジ本体ｌに封止部材（例えばＡｕ−８ｕソルダー）３１
Ｃよシキャップ２を接着し、パッケージ内の気密性を維
持する構造になっている。
（発明が解決しようとする問題点） 従来の半導体容器の場合、封止部材３を用いてキャップ
をパッケージ本体に接着する際、キヤ。
プが所定の位置からずれたυ、又通常は封止部材を熔融
させて両者を接着させるために封止部材がパッケージ内
に飛び散るという欠点を有している◇本発明は、これら
の欠点を排除し、容易にキャップ接着ができ、かつ、封
止部材のパッケージ内への飛び散シを防止できる半導体
容器を提供することを目的とする。
（問題点を解決するための手段） 本発明による半導体容器はキャップの位置ずれ。
封止部材のパッケージ内への飛び散りを防止すべくキャ
ップの片面（パッケージ側）を凸状にしたことを特徴と
する。
（実施例） 第１図に本発明の一実施例による半導体容器の断面構造
図を示す０基本的軽構造は従来の容器と同じであるが、
キャップ２の片面を図に示す如く凸状にしたことにその
特徴がある。
（発明の効果） このように、本発明による半導体容器では、パッケージ
側のキャップの凸部によシ、パッケージへの接着時のキ
ャップの位置ずれを防止でき、又、この凸部によシ封止
部材のパッケージ内への飛び散りを防止することができ
る〇

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. パッケージ本体と、該パッケージ本体内の半導体素子等
    を気密封止するためのキャップと、該キャップをパッケ
    ージ本体を接着するための封止部材とからなる半導体容
    器においてキャップのパッケージ側の片面が凸状になっ
    ていることを特徴とする半導体容器。
