Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〈発明の技術分野〉 この発明は、情報を記憶する集積回路（以下・ＩＣと略
記する）が組み込まれたＩＣカード特にＭＯＳ形のＩＣ
の組み込まれたＩＣカードに関する。
〈発明の技術的背景とその問題点〉 最近、磁気カードに代わるカードとして、情報処理機能
を持＆−とや、情報記憶量にすぐれたＩＣチｑプを組み
こんだ所謂ＩＣカードと称されるカードが注口さ勘で。
この様なＩＣカードに使われているＩＣとしてＭ　ＯＳ
形のＩＣが多くもちいられているが、一般に人力インピ
ーダンスが高く数１０ＯＫΩ〜数１０ｖｃ１り あるのが普通である。特にＣＭＯ８ＩＣの場合は入カイ
／ビーダンスが高く、このことは、低消費電力の特徴を
もつが反面静電気に弱いことになる。
〈発明の目的〉 程度の抵抗）を接続することによりインピーダンスを下
げ、これにより静電気に対してＩＣを保護しようとする
ものである。
〈発明の概要〉 一般のＩＣカードの入力としては、入出力データ端子、
リセヴト端子、クロ・ツク端子、その他電′馨嘔子等が
あるが、それらの端子の多くは、ＩＣることＫなるので
、抵抗を外付けしな（ではならない。元々、ＩＣカード
は、薄いものなので通常の抵チップ抵抗等を実装するこ
とにより、これらの目的を達するものである。
〈発明の詳細〉 以下に、本発明の一実施例に基づいて、詳細に説明する
。第１図は、本発明のＩＣカード用モジュールである。
（１）が端子であり・、（２）がマイクロコンピュータ
，（３）がメモリ、（４）が抵抗である。図示する如く
、全ての線端子（１）は抵抗を介して、接地コモンに接
続のであり、その端子（１）のなるべく近くに、抵抗（
４）を接続する必要がある。これは、異常電流を回路内
部に持ち込まないためである。
通常は数にΩ〜数１００にΩでよい。
この実施例では２０１（Ωである。
〈発明の効果〉 本発明は、以上の様Ｋ、構造がそれ程複雑にならずに、
静電気に対して、ＩＣが保護される効果を奏するもので
ある。

カードの回路図である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １）マイクロコンピュータ，メモリ等のＩＣを内臓する
    ＩＣカードであって、特にＭＯＳ形のＩＣを内臓するＩ
    Ｃカードに於いて、入力端子は抵抗を介して接地されて
    入力インピーダンスが下げられており、これにより、静
    電対策の施されているＩＣカード。
