Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は患者の血管への導入に応用され、各々の末端が
互に結合されている複数の弾力性のある針金から成る折
りたたみ式フィルターバスケットに関する。

細書の一部として含む文献としてキンメル(Kjmme
]、)により1976年4月27日に出願された米国特
許第3.952.747号の明細書には背景技術のより
包括的な分析およびその時点における大静脈フィルター
に関する技術について記載されている。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1、拡がつた弛緩状態においてはバスケッ ト(1)はとがつた末端を持つ孔のあいた引延ばされた
立体回転体の形と推定され前記末端間で測定したバスケ
ットの長さは少くともその最大直径と等しい事を特徴と
する複数の弾力性のある針金(2)が各々の末端で相互
に連結されている(4)患者の血管内へ導入するのに適
した折りたたみ式フィルターバスケット。 2、立体回転体の長さがその最大直径の1.5および3
倍の間であることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記
載のフィルターバスケット。 3、立体回転体がその軸の標準中央面について対称であ
ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1または2項記載
のフィルターバスケット。 4、孔のあいた立体回転体の母線が滑らかな凝−シヌソ
イド曲線である事を特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1−3
項のいずれかの項に記載のフィルターバスケット。 5、弾力性のある針金(2)が立体回転体の表面上ヘリ
ックスの形に拡がつており、全ての前記ヘリックスが同
じ向きである事を特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1−4項
のいずれかの項に記載のフィルターバスケット。 6、個々の針金(2)の末端がバスケットの軸(3)に
関して約90°空間的に離れている事を特徴とする特許
請求の範囲第5項記載のフィルターバスケット。 7、それぞれの脚(6)がホック(7)に隣接してただ
ちに外側へ著しい曲率でS−字型になつている事を特徴
とし、バスケット(1)の一つの末端でその軸に関して
一定の角度で外側へ突き出し、その自由末端で、外側へ
曲つたホック(7)を形成している一連の固定化用脚(
6)を特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1−6項のいずれか
の項に記載のフィルターバスケット。
