Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は日やけ影響からの毛髪保護用新化粧用組成物、
特に日やけがらの毛髪保護用サンスクリーンムース羨品
に関する。
２９５０乃至４０００Ａの波長をもつ光線放射は人体皮
膚に着色又は日やけをおこす。十分な強度をもっ２９５
゜乃至３１５０Ａの波長の光は紅斑を生ずるが、３１５
ｏ乃至４０００Ａの光は付ずいする紅斑なく十分な時間
と強さの露出後明らかな直接日焼けを生ずる。
従来技術は紅斑をおこす光放射から保護し安全に望むと
おシの日焼けとする様適当調合で皮膚につけるサンスク
リーン剤を用いる。サンスクリーン調合物は種々の保護
と日焼は程度とするため太陽保護係数（ＳＰＦ）２乃至
１５をもつ様一般に特別製である。サンスクリーン調合
物に使う［剤は一般にパラ−アミノベンゾエート、ベン
ゾフェノン、シンナメート、サリチレート、ガレートお
よびそれらの混合物である。
２９５０乃至４００ＯＡの波長をもつ光の放射は皮膚ば
かりでなく毛髪にも影響し、弱め、乾かし、毛髪構造を
脆くする様な物理的化学的変化を生ずる。これらの変化
の最も明らかなものは特に夏期強い日光に露出後の毛髪
の°日焼け”である。
シャン７’−、整髪剤、リンス液、セツチングローショ
ン、パーマネントウェーブ剤等の形の毛髪処理製品は光
線による損傷、特に日焼けに対する保護ができない０本
発明はこの問題に対し毛髪に応用したとき毛髪に達する
光線量を実質的に抑制又は減少してその日焼けを防ぐ様
なサンスクリーンムース製品を提供する。
本発明はムース基本液又は濃厚液中に水混和性サンスク
リーン剤の有効量を含むサンスクリーン組成物に関する
もので、上記ムース基本液又は濃厚液は静電的引力によ
って毛髪に対し有効な陽イオン性表面活性剤および非イ
オン性表面活性剤と共に組成物中に泡を生成し毛髪に応
用したときその上に膜を生成して毛髪に保護効果を与え
る非イオン性膜形成剤とよυ成る。
本発明の組成物中に使われるサンスクリーン剤はムース
基本液又は濃厚液と適合する必要がある、即ち少なくも
水と混和性でなければならない、水溶性であれば好まし
い０またサンスクリーン剤は泡の理想的白色およびムー
ス基本液又は濃厚液の濃度に影響してはならない。
一般に白色泡状の本発明の組成物は圧力容器に入れられ
、毛髪処理に便利であると同時に毛髪を弱め、いためま
たさらし易い危険な日光光線から保護する。この組成物
は乾燥毛髪に使用できるしまた洗髪した時又は“しつと
シした外観”又は毛髪の伝統的スタイルを望むときいつ
でも湿った毛髪に使用できる。

日光吸収のため通常使われるサンスクリーン剤は油混和
性であり水混和性では々い。本発明のサンスクリーン剤
は水混和性でなければならないし、水溶性であるとよい
。本発明の水溶性サンスクリーン剤にはエトキシル化さ
れたｐ−アミノベンゾニー）　（ＢＡＳＦより市販のベ
グ−２５ＰＡＢＡ）、ｐ−メトキシシンナミン酸のジェ
タノールアミン塩、（ギヴアウダン社市販のバーツルハ
イドロ）、２−ヒドロキシ−４−メトキシ−ベンゾフェ
ノン−５−スルホン酸および２ナトリウム２．２′−ジ
ヒドロ−４，４′−ジメトキシ−５，５′−ジスルホベ
ンゾフェノン、ｐ−ジメチルアミノ安息香酸ジメチルア
ミノプロピルアミン塩、　ｐ−ジメチルアミノ安息香酸
ジェタノールアミン塩およびトリメチル−２−ヒドロキ
シ−プロピ、Ｉｔ＞−ｐ−ジメチルアミノベンゾエート
アンモニウムクロライドがある。
本発明に使われる他のサンスクリーン剤はアルコールに
溶解し水と適合するもの、例えばス４−ジヒドロキシベ
ンゾフェノン、２−ヒドロキシ−４−メトキシベンゾフ
ェノン、　　２，２．’４．４’−テトラヒドロキシベ
ンゾフェノン、および４２′−ジヒドロキシ−４，４′
−ジメトキシベンゾフェノンである。
本発明によるサンスクリーン剤又はその混合物の濃度は
１５ｅｓｗ／ｗ位高くてもよいが、約０．００１乃至約
０．５チ、好ましくは約０．００１乃至Ｏ１１チの濃度
で用いるのが好ましい。その理由は約０．５％≠又はそ
れ以上のサンスクリーン剤はムース調合物に好ましくな
い着色を与えるからである。
本発明の実施に好ましいアルコールはエタノールである
が、他の低分子量アルコール、例えばｎ−プロパツール
や、　　　　　　イソ−プロパツールも使用できる。
ムース調合物を使用したとき毛髪上にフィルム膜を形成
する好ましい非イオン性ポリマーは５０チ工タノール中
液体としてＰＶＰ／ＶＡＥ７３５の名で市販されている
ビニルアセテートトビニルピロリドンのコポリマーであ
る◇この非イオン性ポリマーをオレット２０〔式ＣＨ３
（ＣＨ，）ｙ　ＣＨ＝ＣＨ（ＣＨｚ）ｙｃＨｉ（ＯＣ＆
ＣＨｚ）ｎＯＨ（但しｎは平均２０の値をもつ）で示さ
れるオレイルアルコールのポリエチレングリコールエー
テル〕の様な乳化剤として働らく非イオン性表面活性剤
と共に用いたときムース調合物の望むしつかシした泡と
保持性を生ずる。
オレット２０の他にオレット１０〔式ＣＨＩ（ＣＨ意）
？ＣＨ＝ＯＨ（ＣＨｘ）ｙ　ＣＨｘ　（０ＣＨｚＣＨｚ
）　ｎＯＨ（但しｎは平均１０の値をもつ）で示される
オレイルアルコールのポリエチレングリコールエーテル
〕；ステアレット２〔弐〇　Ｈｓ　（ＣＨｚ）ｔ　ａ　
−Ｃｈｂ（ＯＣＨｚＣＨｚ）　ｎＯＨ（ｎは平均２の値
をもつ）で示さレルステアリルアルコールノホリエチレ
ングリコールエーテル〕；ステアレット２０〔式ＣＨｓ
　（ＣＨｘ）ｔａ　Ｃ１１＊　（ＯＣ＆ＣＨｔ）ｎＯＨ
（但しｎは平均値２０をもつ）で示されるステアリルア
ルコールのポリエチレングリコールエーテル〕；ポリソ
ルベート２０〔一般に式： （但しｗ＋ｘ＋ｙ＋ｚは平均値２０をもつ）で示される
ソルビトールとソルビトール無水物のラウレートエステ
ル混合物〕；およびポリソルベート８０〔一般式：（但
しＷ＋Ｘ＋７＋Ｚは平均値２０をもつ）で示されるソル
ビトールとソルビトール無水物のオレエートエステルの
混合物〕の様な他の非イオン性表面活性剤も使用できる
。
可塑剤としてはダウコーニン゛グ１９３表面活性剤（ダ
ウコーニング）ヤシリコーンＬ−７２０（ユニオンカー
バイド）の様な種々の商品名で市販されているジメチコ
ーンコポリオール（ジメチルシロキサンとポリオキシエ
チレンおよび（又は）ポリオキシプロピレン側鎖とのポ
リマー）の使用が好ましい。しかし他の水溶性シリコー
ン可塑剤も同じ様に使用できる。
静電気引力によって毛髪につく陽イオン性塩は本発明の
調合物に使われる。クォータニウム−２６（ミンクアミ
ドプロピルジメチル２−ヒドロキシ−エチルアンモニウ
ムクロライド）が好ましい。しかし他の陽イオン性塩、
例えばクォータニウム−２４（デシルジメチルオクチル
　アンモニウムクロライド）又はクォータニウム−３０
（インドデシルベンジルトリエタノールアンモニウムク
ロライド）も使用できる。
非イオン性表面活性剤オクトキシノール−９（ＣｓＨｘ
ｙＣｓ−Ｈａ　（ＯＣ＆　ＣＨｚ　）ｎ　ＯＨ１但しｎ
は平均値９をもつ）は本発明で安定剤として使われる。
この代シに又はこれと混合してオクトキシノール−７〔
弐Ｃ５ＨｘｙＣｓＬ（ＯＣＨｓＣ＆）Ｈ−ＯＨ（但しｎ
は平均値７をもつ）で示されるポリエチレングリコール
（７）オクチルフェニルエーテル〕とオクトキシノール
−１０（式Ｃ５Ｈ１ｙＣｓＨ４（ＯＣＨ雪ＣＨｔ）ＨＯ
Ｈ（但しｎは平均値１０をもつ）で示されるポリオキシ
エチレン（１０）オクチルフェニルエーテル〕の様な他
の非イオン性表面活性剤も使用できる。
望む泡性質をえるためにｐＨは約４．５乃至６．５、好
ましくは４．５乃至５．５に保たねばならない。

本発明のサンスクリーン組成物の好ましい製法は次のと
おりである。この方法に用いる成分は実施例２の各成分
に対応するものである。
混合物Ａ 速度可変プロペラ型又は逆回転サイドスクレーパー型攪
拌機付製造かまに冷水５０−７０部を入れ水を攪拌しな
がらヒドロキシエチルセルロースの配合量を加え混合し
て完全に分散させた。次にベンゾフェノン−９、動物蛋
白質、ステアレット−２およびジメチコーンコポリオー
ルをかまに加えながら混合物を６０−６５℃に加熱した
。６０−６５℃の加熱で少なくと３０分攪拌して混合物
を均一とし塊をなくした０混合物を４０−４５℃に下げ
た後ノンオキシノ−ルー１０．ポリソルベート−２０お
よびポリクワット−１１を加え３０−３５℃に冷えるま
でしづかに攪拌をつづけた。
混合物Ｂ 適当な大きさのサイドタンクに特殊変性アルコール、タ
ロートリモニウムクロライド、ベンゾフェノン−２およ
びＰＶＰ／ＶＡコポリマーの配合量を加え各成分がとけ
るまで攪拌した。
混合物Ａを入れた製造かまをしづかに攪拌しながら混合
物Ｂをこれに移した。次いで配合量とするに十分力水で
サイドタンクを洗いその水をかまに加えた。混合物を均
一にするため少なくも３０分混合し、ｐＨを検べ必要な
くえん酸又は水酸化アンそニウムで！ｌ１ｌｊ整した。
サンスクリーン組成物を缶に満たし普通の技術的方法を
用いて発射薬で缶を加圧した。
本発明の調合物をムースを応用する普通の方法によυ人
の毛髪に応用して試験した。この調合物はムース調合物
のサンスクリーン性とコンディショニング特性の両方に
関して有効であるとわかった。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、陽イオン性表面活性剤および非イオン性表面活性剤
    と共に組成物中に泡を生成し毛髪につけたときその上に
    膜を形成する非イオン性フィルム形成剤より成るムース
    基本液又は濃厚液中に水混和性サンスクリーン剤の有効
    量を含むことを特徴とするサンスクリーン組成物。 ２、約４．５乃至６．５のｐＨをもつ特許請求の範囲第
    １項に記載のサンスクリーン組成物。 ３、約４．５乃至５．５のｐＨをもつ特許請求の範囲第
    ２項に記載のサンスクリーン組成物。 ４、サンスクリーン剤が上記組成物全重量を基準として
    約０．００１乃至約１５．０％の濃度で存在する特許請
    求の範囲第１項から３項までのいづれかに記載のサンス
    クリーン組成物。 ５、サンスクリーン剤が０．００１乃至０．５％の濃度
    で存在する特許請求の範囲第４項に記載のサンスクリー
    ン組成物。 ６、サンスクリーン剤が水溶性である特許請求の範囲第
    １項から５項までのいづれかに記載のサンスクリーン組
    成物。 ７、非イオン性表面活性剤／安定剤を含む特許請求の範
    囲第１項から６項までのいづれかに記載のサンスクリー
    ン組成物。 ８、化粧用に使用できるアルコールを含む特許請求の範
    囲第１項から７項までのいづれかに記載のサンスクリー
    ン組成物。 ９、化粧用に使用できるアルコールがエタノールである
    特許請求の範囲第８項に記載のサンスクリーン組成物。 １０、非イオン性フィルム形成剤がビニルアセテートと
    ビニルピロリドンのコポリマーである特許請求の範囲第
    １項から９項までのいづれかに記載のサンスクリーン組
    成物。 １１、エトキシル化されたｐ−アミノベンゾエート、ｐ
    −メトキシシンナミン酸のジエタノールアミン塩、２−
    ヒドロキシ−４−メトキシベンゾフェノン−５−スルホ
    ン酸、２ナトリウム２，２′−ジヒドロキシ−４，４′
    −ジメトキシ−５，５′−ジスルホベンゾフェノン、２
    ，４−ジヒドロキシベンゾフェノン、２−ヒドロキシ−
    ４−メトキシベンゾフェノン、２，２，４，４′−テト
    ラヒドロキシベンゾフェノン、２，２′−ジヒドロキシ
    −４，４′−ジメトキシベンゾフェノン、ｐ−ジメチル
    アミノ安息香酸のジメチルアミノプロピルアミノ塩、ｐ
    −ジメチルアミノ安息香酸のジエタノールアミン塩、お
    よびトリメチル−２−ヒドロキシプロピル−ｐ−ジメチ
    ルアミノベンゾエートアンモニウムクロライドより成る
    群から選ばれた少なくも１サンスクリーン剤０．００１
    乃至１５．０重量％；非イオン性フィルム形成剤０．５
    乃至１０．０重量％；式：ＣＨ＿３（ＣＨ＿２）＿７Ｃ
    Ｈ＝ＣＨ（ＣＨ＿２）＿７ＣＨ＿２（ＯＣＨ＿２ＣＨ＿
    ２）＿ｎＯＨ（但しｎは平均値２０をもつ）をもつオレ
    イルアルコールのポリエチレングリコールエーテル、式
    ：ＣＨ＿３（ＣＨ＿２）＿７ＣＨ＝ＣＨ（ＣＨ＿２）＿
    ７ＣＨ＿２（ＯＣＨ＿２ＣＨ＿２）＿ｎＯＨ（但しｎは
    平均値１０をもつ）をもつオレイルアルコールのポリエ
    チレングリコールエーテル、式：ＣＨ＿３（ＣＨ＿２）
    ＿１＿６ＣＨ＿３（ＯＣＨ＿２ＣＨ＿２）＿ｎＯＨ（但
    しｎは平均値２をもつ）をもつステアリルアルコールの
    ポリエチレングリコールエーテル、式：ＣＨ＿３（ＣＨ
    ＿２）＿１＿６−ＣＨ＿２（ＯＣＨ＿２ＣＨ＿２）ｎＯ
    Ｈ（但しｎは平均値２０をもつ）をもつステアリルアル
    コールのポリエチレングリコールエーテル、ポリソルベ
    ート２０およびポリソルベート８０より成る群から選ば
    れた非イオン性表面活性剤０．１乃至２．０重量％； 水溶性可塑剤０．１乃至０．８重量％； ミンクアミドプロピルジメチル２−ヒドロキシ−エチル
    アンモニウムクロライド、デシルジメチルオクチルアン
    モニウムクロライドおよびイソドデシルベンジルトリエ
    タノールアンモニウムクロライドより成る群から選ばれ
    た陽イオン性表面活性剤０．１乃至５．０重量％；およ
    び全量１００重量％とするに充分な水 より成る特許請求の範囲第１項に記載のサンスクリーン
    組成物。 １２、水溶性可塑剤がジメチコーンコポリオールである
    特許請求の範囲第１１項に記載のサンスクリーン組成物
    。 １３、陽イオン性表面活性剤および非イオン性表面活性
    剤と共に組成物中で泡を生成し毛髪に応用したときその
    上に膜を形成する非イオン性フィルム形成剤より成るム
    ース基本液又は濃厚液中に水混和性サンスクリーン剤の
    有効量を含むことを特徴とするサンスクリーン用組成物
    。 １４、陽イオン性表面活性剤および非イオン性表面活性
    剤と共に組成物中に泡を生成し毛髪に応用したときその
    上に膜を形成する非イオン性フィルム形成剤より成るム
    ース基本液又は濃厚液中に水混和性サンスクリーン剤の
    有効量を混合することを特徴とするサンスクリーン組成
    物の製造法。
