Description

모발 보호용 태양광선 차단 조성물
본 발명은 태양광선의 표백효과로부터 모발을 보호하기 위한 신규의 화장용 조성물, 더욱 상세하게는 태양 광선에 의한 표백으로부터 모발을 보호하기 위한 태양광선차단 크림(mousse)제품에 관한 것이다.
2950Å 내지 4000Å의 파장범위의 광선은 인체피부에 색소를 형성시키거나 피부를 태운다. 충분한 강도를 갖는 2950Å 내지 3150Å 범위의 파장의 광선은 홍반을 형성시키며, 3150Å 내지 4000Å 범위의 광선은 충분한 기간 및 홍반이 형성되지 않는 강도로 노출시키면 외견상 직접적으로 타게 한다.
선행기술에서는 적절한 제형으로 피부에 사용하는 태양광선 차단제를 사용하여 광선에 의한 홍반현상을 보호하고 안전하게 원하는 정도까지 태울 수 있었다. 태양광선 차단제는 일반적으로 보호 및 태움의 정도를 여러정도로 제공하기 위하여 2 내지 15범위의 태양광선 보호인자(SPF)를 갖도록 주문 생산된다. 태양광선 차단제에 사용되는 시약에는 파라-아미노벤조에이트, 벤조페논, 신나메이트, 살리실레이트, 갈레이트 및 이들의 혼합물이 포함된다.
2950Å 내지 4000Å범위의 파장을 갖는 광선은 피부뿐만 아니라 모발에 대하여도 영향을 미쳐, 물리적 및 화학적 변화 즉, 약화되고, 건성이며 부스러지는 모발 구조로 변화시킨다. 이러한 변화의 대부분 현상은 특히 여름에 강한 태양광선에 노출시킨 후 일어나는 모발의 탈색현상이다. 샴푸, 콘디셔너, 린스, 세트로션, 파마약 등의 모발용 제품은 광선에 의한 손상 및 특히 탈색현상에 대해서는 보호효과를 제공하지 못한다.
본 발명은 이러한 문제점에 역점을 두어 모발에 닿는 광선의 양을 거의 차단하거나 감소시킴으로써, 탈색을 억제시키는 모발용 태양광선차단 크림 제품을 제공한다.
본 발명은 크림 기제중 함유된 유효량의 수혼화성 태양광선 차단제를 함유하는 태양광선 차단 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 크림 기제는 정전기 친화력에 의해, 모발에 대해 직접적인 양이온성 계면활성제 및 비이온성 계면활성제와 혼합되어 조성물중에 포움(foam)을 형성시키며 모발에 사용하였을 때 피막을 형성시키는 비이온성 필름 형성체를 함유함으로 모발에 대해 홀딩 효과(holding effect)를 제공한다.
본 발명 조성물에 사용된 태양광선 차단제는 크림기제와 혼용가능하여야, 즉, 적어도 수혼화성, 바람직하게는 수용성이어야 한다. 또한 태양광선 차단제는 포움의 순백색 및 크림 기제의 농화도에 영향을 주지 않아야 한다.
가압용기에 함유된 일반적으로 백색 포움형인 본 발명 조성물은 모발의 콘디셔닝에 유용하며, 동시에, 모발을 약화시키고 부스러트리며 탈색시키는 유해한 태양광선으로부터 모발을 보호하는 데에 유용하다. 상기 조성물은 세발 또는 정발한, 건성 뿐만 아니라 습성 모발에 또는 모발이 촉촉하게 보이거나(wet look)통상의 형태를 원하는 어떠한 경우에도 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 조성물의 일반적인 성분은 다음과 같다.

통상의 태양광선 흡수용 태양광선 차단제는 오일 혼화성 및 수불혼화성이다. 본 발명의 태양광선 차단제는 수혼화성, 바람직하게는 수용성이어야 한다. 본 발명의 수용성 태양광선 차단제에는 에톡실화된 p-아미노벤조에이트(Peg-25 PABA, BASF에 의해 시판)와, p-메톡시신남산의 디에탄올 아민염(Parsol Hydro, Givaudan Corp에 의해 시판), 2-히드록시-4-메톡시-벤조페논-5-술폰산 및 디나트륨 2,2'-디히드록시-4,4'-디메톡시-5,5'-디술포벤조페논, p-디메틸아미노벤조산 디메틸아미노프로필 아민염, p-디메틸아미노벤조산 디에탄올아민염 및 트리메틸-2-히드록시프로필-p-디메틸아미노벤조에이트 암모늄 클로라이드가 있다.
본 발명에 사용되는 그밖의 태양광선 차단제로는 알코올에 용해되며, 물과 혼용성인 2,4-디히드록시 벤조페논, 2-히드록시-4-메톡시벤조페논, 2,2', 4,4'-테트라 히드록시 벤조페논 및 2,2'-디히드록시-4,4'-디메톡시벤조페논이 있다.
본 발명의 태양광선 차단제 또는 태양광선 차단제 혼합물의 농도는 15중량% 이하이며, 약 0.001% 내지 약 0.5%, 더욱 바람직하게는 약 0.001% 내지 0.1%의 농도로 사용하는 것이 좋다. 그 이유는 상기의 태양광선 차단제는 약 0.5중량% 또는 그 이상의 농도에서 크림제형의 색이 심미적으로 바람직하지 못하기 때문이다.
본 발명에 사용되는 바람직한 알코올은 에탄올이지만, 그밖의 저분자량 알코올, 예를 들어, n-프로판올 및 이소-프로판올도 사용할 수 있다.
크림 제형을 적용시키면 모발상에서 피막을 형성하는, 바람직한 비이온성 중합체는 비닐 아세테이트 및 비닐피롤리돈의 공중합체이며 50% 에탄올중의 액체로서(PVP/ VAE 735) 시판된다. 이러한 비이온성 중합체는 유화제로서 작용하는 비이온성 계면활성제, 올레스 20[Oleth 20; 일반식 CH3(CH2)nCH=CH(CH2)nCH2(OCH2CH2)nOH(여기서 n은 평균 20이다)의 올레일 알코올의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 에테르]와 함께 사용되며, 바람직한 포움 농화도 및 크림 제형의 바람직한 정도의 홀딩 특성을 생성한다. 본 발명의 태양광선 차단 조성물을 제조하는 바람직한 방법은 다음과 같다. 본 방법에서 사용된 성분은 실시예 2에서 사용된 성분가 같다.
[혼합물 A]
속도를 변화시킬 수 있는 프로펠러형 또는 전/측 스크래퍼형 진탕장치가 부착된 제조용기에 50 내지 70부의 냉수를 채운다. 물을 진탕시키면서 규정량의 히드록시에틸 셀룰로오스를 가하고 완전히 분산될 때까지 계속하여 진탕시킨다. 그다음, 벤조페논-9, 가수분해된 동물 단백질, 스테아레스-2 및 디메티콘 코폴리올을 용기에 가하여 60 내지 65℃까지 가열한다. 60 내지 65℃까지 가열하고 30분 이상 계속 진탕시켜 이 혼합물을 균일하고, 덩어리가 없도록 한다. 이 혼합물을 40 내지 45℃까지 냉각시키고 논옥시놀-10, 폴리소르베이트-20 및 폴리쿼트-11을 가한다. 서서히 진탕시키며 혼합물을 30 내지 35℃까지 냉각시킨다.

혼합물 B를 혼합물 A를 함유하는 제조용기로 옮기고 계속하여 서서히 진탕시킨다. 옆용기를 규정량의 물로 충분히 헹구고 이 헹굼용액을 제조용기에 채운다. 이 혼합물을 균일하게 될 때까지 30분 이상 혼합한다. 필요에 따라 시트르산 또는 수산화 암모늄으로 pH를 조절한다.

  3. 제2항에 있어서, pH가 4.5 내지 5.5인 태양광선 차단 조성물.
  4. 제1 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 태양광선 차단제가 0.001% 내지 0.5%의 농도로 존재하는 태양광선 차단 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 태양광선 차단제가 수용성인 태양광선 차단 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제/안정화제를 함유하는 태양광선 차단 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 알코올이 에탄올이 태양광선 차단 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 비이온성 필름-형성제가 비닐 아세테이트 및 비닐 피롤리돈의 공중합체인 태양광선 차단 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 가소제가 디메티콘 코폴리올인 태양광선 차단 조성물.
