    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上面に複数の引出しリードがその板厚だけ沈められ、各
    上面を同一平面にされ固着されて引出されており、中央
    部に半導体チップが装着された絶縁基体、及び接着面を
    なす四周下端面で接着剤により上記絶縁基板上面と上記
    各引出しリード上面とに接着され、上記半導体チップ部
    を囲い気密封止する封止キャップを備えた半導体装置パ
    ッケージ。
