    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高濃度のＰＮ接合部が縦方向に形成され、そのＰＮ接合
    部の取出電極の少なくとも一方が上面に形成されるよう
    にした半導体装置において、上記取出電極を、上記ＰＮ
    接合部の一方から同一導電型で連続する領域における上
    記ＰＮ接合部から離れた部分に形成したことを特徴とす
    る半導体装置。
