Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の技術分野〕 この発明はだとえは文書などの画像情報を光ディスクに
順次記憶し、その画像情報ごとの検索情報をフロッピー
ディスクに記憶し、この検索情報に基づいて元ディスク
に予め記憶されている画像情報を検索して読出す画像情
報記憶検索装置に関する。
〔発明の技術的背景〕
最近、多量に発生する文書などの画像情報を光学的な二
次元走査によって読取り、この読取った画像情報を記憶
媒体たとえば光ディスクに順次記憶しておくとともに、
各画像情報ごとの検索情報を記憶媒体たとえばフロッピ
ーディスクに記憶し、この検索情報の入力によシ光ディ
スクに記憶されている画像情報を検索して読出し、それ
を出力装置たとえばＣＲＴデスグレイ装置あるいは記録
装置で目視し得る状態に出力する画像情報記憶検索装置
が開発、実用化されている。
〔背景技術の問題点〕
ところで、このような画像情報記憶検索装置では、画像
の登録あるいは検索時に入出力する画像に日付や時刻を
付加するという要望がある。
ところが、従来のものではこの日付や時刻を付加する場
合、用紙の状態で画像を入出力する際にはオペレータが
実際に用紙上に記入しなければならず、またテレビカメ
ラおよびグロジエクタ等を用い映像の形態で画像を入出
力する際には視野内に文字を表示したものを置かねばな
らず、極めて不便であった。
〔発明の目的〕
この発明は上記のような事情を考慮してなされたもので
、その目的とするところは、日時情報を容易に画像情報
上に書込むことのできる画像情報記憶検索装置を提供す
ることにある。
〔発明の概要〕
この発明は、計時手段により発生される日時情報に対応
した文字パターンを文字パターン生成装置で発生せしめ
、１頁分の画像情報を一時的に記憶するページバッファ
内に予め記憶されている画像情報上に上記文字パターン
の再書込みを行なうようにしたものである。
〔発明の実施例〕
以丁、図面を参照してこの発明の一実癩例を説明する。
第１図はこの発明に係る画像情報記憶検索装置の構成図
である。図において１１は主制御装置であり、各棟割−
を行なうＣＰＵ１．２、メインメモＩＪ　１３　、少な
くとも１単位分（原稿１頁分）の画像情報に対応する記
憶容量を持つバッファメモリたとえばページバッファ１
４、画像情報の圧縮（冗長度を少なくする）卦よび伸長
（少なくされた冗長度を元に戻す）を行なう圧縮・伸長
回路１５、表示用インターフェイス１６、後述する磁気
ディスク装置２７により磁気ディスク２８から読出され
るすべての情報を記憶するタイトルメモリ１７などから
構成されている。１８は読取装置たとえば二次元走査装
置で、原稿（交り４’　）　１９上をレーザビームで二
次元走査することにより上記原稿】９−ヒの画像情報に
応じた電気信号を得るものである。２０は光デイスク装
置であり、上記二次元走査装置１８で読取られて上記主
制御装置１１を介して供給される画像情報を光ディスク
２１に順次記憶するものである。
上記光ディスク２１は第２図に示すように、たとえばガ
ラスあるいは合成樹脂などで円形状に成型された基板の
表面にテルルあるいはビスマスなどの金属被膜がドーナ
ツ形にコーティングされており、その金属被膜層の中心
部近傍には切欠部つまシ基準位置マーク２２が設けられ
ている。そしてこの光デイスク２１上は、上記基準位置
マーク２２を「００」として「００」から「３１」まで
の３２セクタに分割されている。
また第１図において２３はキーボードであり、画像情報
に対応する固有の検索タイトル、各種動作指令などを入
力するためのものである。
２４は出力装置たとえば表示部であるところの陰極線管
表示装置（以下ＣＲＴディスプレイ装置と称する）で、
二次元走査装置１８で読取ら（５） れあるいは光デイスク装置２０から読出されて主制御装
置１１を介して供給される画像情報またはキーボード２
３から入力される検索タイトルや文字などを表示するも
のであり、主制御装置１１内の表示用インターフェイス
１６とで大きな意味の画像情報表示装置を構成している
。
２５は配録装置であり、二次元走査装置１８で読取られ
あるいは光デイスク装置２０から読出されて主制御装置
１１を介して供給される画像情報あるいは磁気ディスク
装置２７から読出されて主制御装置１１を介して供給さ
れる検索タイトルなどをハードコピー２６として出力す
るものである。２７は磁気ディスク装置で、上記キーボ
ード２３により入力された検索タイトルとこの検索タイ
トルに対応する画像情報のサイズと画像情報が記憶され
る光デイスク２１上の記憶アドレスとからなるオリジナ
ル用の画像情報に対する検索情報などからなる管理情報
、画像情報に文字を付加させる際のその文字パターンの
上記ページバッファ１４における書込み位（６） 置に対応したアドレスなどを磁気ディスク２８に記憶す
るものである。２９は計時装置であり、日付情報、時刻
情報等の日時情報を発生するものである。３０は文字パ
ターン生成装置であり、上記計時装置２９から発生され
て主制御装置１１を介して供給される日時情報に対応し
た文字パターンを発生するものである。
第３図は上記ページバッファ１４のメモ°り構成を示す
ものである。このページバッファ１４は各１ビツトの情
報を記憶するメモリセルを横方向にＭビット、縦方向に
Ｎビットそれぞれ配列して構成され、上記計時装置２９
から発生される日時情報に対応した文字パターンはたと
えば６箇所の記憶領域３１〜３６それぞれに順次配憶さ
れるようになっている。またこのページバッファ１４で
は図中左から右におよび上から下に向うに従ってアドレ
スが増加するようなアドレスが付されており、上記６箇
所の領域３１〜３６それぞれに付されている各アドレス
のうち最も小さいアドレスが各先頭アドレス５Ａｉ（ｉ
二１〜６）として設定されている。
第４図は上記文字パターン生成袋＃３０で発生する文字
パターンの一例を示す図である。１つの文字ハターンは
横方向にｍドツトおよび縦方向にｎドツト配列された白
あるいは黒のドツトの集まりで構成されている。
第５図は上記磁気ディスク２８における情報の記ｉ意状
態の一例を示すものである。この磁気ディスク２８には
各党ディスク２１．１枚ごとに対して、バインダ塩、タ
イトル構造などのバインダ管理情報、各画像情報ごとの
シリアルナ７／＜−ｓ検索タイトル、サイズ、光デイス
ク２１上の記憶アドレスなどの検索情報、上記ページバ
ッファ１４における値Ｍ、Ｎ、記憶領域３１〜３６の先
頭アドレス５ＡＩ−８Ａ６　および文字パターンのサイ
ズｍ、ｎが記憶される。
次に上記のように構成された装置の動作を説明する。ま
ず、画像情報を登録（記憶）する場合には、キーボード
２３により登録モードに選択設定し次に登録する画像情
報の検索タイトルを人力する。これにより、ＣＰＵ１２
は予め定義されている検索タイトルのフォーマットに従
って桁数、文字種などで入力データの妥当性をチェック
（周期冗長検査など）シ、さらにすでに登録されている
検索タイトルをチェックし、これらのチェックの結果圧
しい検索タイトルであればメインメモリ１３にこの検索
タイトルを送る。この後、メインメモリ１３はこの旧し
い検索タイトルを記憶する。次に原稿１９を二次元走査
装置１８にセットする。すると、ＣＰＵ１２は二次元走
査装置１９および光デイスク装置２０を動作させる。動
作状態になると二次元走査装置１８は、セットされた原
稿１９表面上の画像情報を二次元的に走査し、光電変換
する。
ここで光電変換され、得られたライン情報はページバッ
ファ１４にｌ１ｋＩ次送られ、ページバッファ１４は１
頁分の画像情報を記憶する。このページバッファ１４に
１頁分の画像情報が記憶されると、その画像情報は表示
用インターフェイス１６に送られここで記憶される。さ
らに表示用インターフェイス１６で記憶された画［象情
報はＣＲＴディスプレイ装酋２４に送られ、ここでこの
情報に応じた画像が表示される。ところで、この表示さ
れた画像が満足できるものである場合、キーボード２３
に設けられている図示しない登録キーを投入する。する
と、ＣＰＵ１２の制御の下に、ページバッファ１４に記
憶されている１単位分の画像情報がライン情報ごとに圧
縮・伸長回路１５に順次送られ、圧縮・伸長回路１５各
ライン情報を周知のＭＨ（モデファイト・ホフマン）変
換により帯域圧縮し、その圧縮したライン情報を光ディ
スク装ｆｆｔ、　２０に供給する。この後、光デイスク
装置ｆ　２０は、供給されるライン情報からなる画像情
報を光デイスク２１上に記憶する。
画像情報の記憶が終了すると、ＣＰＵ１２は画像情報が
記憶された光ディスク２１のトラック番号、記憶開始セ
クタ、画像長などの記憶アドレスおよび画像情報のサイ
ズからなる情報を発生する。この後、メインメモリ１３
はこの情報を検索タイトルに対応させて共に検索情報と
して記憶する。次いで、ＣＰＵ１２はメインメモリ１３
に記憶した検索情報つまり検索タイトル、記憶アドレス
、画像情報のサイズなどを磁気ディスク装置２７に供給
する０これによシ、磁気ディスク装置２７は供給される
検索情報を磁気ディスク２８に記憶する０以後、他の画
像情報の登録の場合にも同様にして、画像情報゛は光デ
ィスク２１に、検索情報は磁気ディスク２８にそれぞれ
記憶される〇一方、前記情報Ｍ。
Ｎ％　５Ａｌ−８Ａ６　およびｍ、ｎは、各検索情報が
記憶される以前あるいは以後に磁気ディスク２８に共に
記憶されるものとする。
一方、上述したようにして登録された画像情報の検索に
ついて説明する。まず、キーボード２３によシ検索モー
ドに選択設定し、次いで検索タイトルを入力する０する
と、ＣＰＵ１２はその検索タイトルをタイトルメモリ１
７に記憶されている検索タイトルと順次比較照合して、
入力された検索タイトルと一致する検索タイトルがある
か否かを順次チェックする０このチェックの結果、一致
する検索タイトルが存在しなければＣＲ，Ｔディスプレ
イ装置２４において「画像なし」と表示せしめ、次の検
索タイトルの入力まで待機状態となる。一方、一致する
検索タイトルが存在すれば、ＣＰＵ１２ｉｄその検索タ
イトルをタイトルメモリ１７から読出し、ＯＲ’ｌ’デ
ィスプレイ装置２４で表示せしめる。
オペレータはこの表示を確認して次にキーボード２３０
図示しない検索キーを投入側る。これによｆｉ、ＣＰＵ
Ｉ　２はその検索タイトルに対応する画像情−のサイズ
、トラック番号訃よび開始セクタ番号からなる記憶アド
レスをタイトルメモリ１７から読出す。そして、ＣＰＵ
１２はそのトラック番号に対応する光デイスク２１上の
トラックの再生を元ディスクｇ　１ｆｆｉ　２０で行な
わせる。そのＣＩ−’０１２は光デイスク装置６２０か
らの画像情報を１走今ラインごとに圧縮・伸長回路１５
へ供給し、ＭＨ逆変換による帯域伸長を行なって元の画
像情報をページバッファ１４に順次供給する。このよう
にして、ページバッファ１４に再生された］負号の画像
情報がすべて記憶されると、ＣＰＵＩ　２はその画像情
報を表示用インターフェイス１６を介シてＣＲＴディス
グレイ装置２４で表示せしめるか、あるいは記録装置２
５でその画像情報の７１−トコピー２６を発行せしめる
０ 次に画像情報の検索時、検索画像に日付を付加する場合
の動作を第６図のフローチャートを用いて説明する。ま
ず計時装置２９からその時点での日付たとえばｌ’−８
３０８１３Ｊを発生する。これらの数字に対応したコー
ドはいったんメインメモリ１３０所定記憶領域に記憶さ
れる。
次に上記日付を付加すべき画像情報を出力させるだめに
、キーボード２３によシ対応した検索タイトルを入力す
る。するとＣＰＵＩ　２は前記と同様にしてタイトルメ
モリ１７に記憶されている検索タイトルとの比較照合を
行ない、一致した検索タイトルがあればＣ几Ｔディスプ
レイ装置２４で表示せしめる０この後、オペレータが検
索キーを投入することにより、ＣＰＵ１２は光デイスク
２１上のトラックの再生を光デイスク装置２０で行なわ
せ、さらに圧縮・伸長回路１５で帯域伸長を行がわせ、
元の画像情報の１頁分をページバッファ１４に記憶させ
る。次にＣＰＵ１２はメインメモリ１３に予め記憶され
た文字コードを１文字ずつ１１＠次読出して文字パター
ン生成装置２９に供給する。すると、文字パターン生成
装置２９は供給される文字コードに対応して前記第４図
に示すような文字パターンを発生する。次にＣＰＵ】、
２はこの文字パターンを、予め１頁分の画像情報を記憶
しているページバッファ１４の前記第３図で示す６箇所
の記憶領域３１〜３６に順次再書込みを行なわせる。し
だがって、これらの記憶領域３１〜３６に予め記憶され
ている元の画像情報の一部は各文字パターンに書替えら
れる。文字パターンノ書込み１７．ＣＰＵ１２はページ
バッファ１４に記憶された情報を表示用インターフェイ
ス１６を介してＣＲ，Ｔディスプレイ製置２４で表示せ
しめるか、あるいは記録装置２５でその情報ツバ−トコ
ピー２６を発行せしめる。第７図（Ａ）　ハ文字パター
ン書込み前の１頁分の画像情報に応じた画像の一表示例
を示すものであり、このような画像に対して上記操作に
より日付を砒 戸した日付ｒ８３０８１３’ｊが付加されている。
第８図は上記文字パターン生成装置３０で発生する文字
パターンをページバッファ１４に書込む場合のアドレス
計算の一例を示すフローチャートである。まｒ、前記磁
気ディスク装置２７から読出されて予めタイトルメモリ
１７に記憶されている先頭アドレス５Ａｉ（ｉ　＝１〜
６）が読出される。次に任意の変数ｙが１に設定され、
この変数を用いて変数ＬＡの値がＬＡ＝（Ｍ−ｍ）Ｘ（
ｙ−１）の計算式に従って計算されるＯＬＡの計算後、
任意の変数Ｘが１に設定される。この後、先頭アドレス
Ｓ　Ａ　Ｉ　％　変数ＬＡおよび変数Ｘを用いて、文字
パターンをベージバッファ１４内に書込む際のアドレス
Ａが、Ａ　＝　Ｓ　Ａ　ｉ　＋　Ｌ　Ａ　＋　（ｘ　−
１）の計算式に従って計算される。次にＸがｍに一致し
ているか否かが判断され、一致していなければ変数Ｘに
１が加算されて再びアドレスＡが計算される。一方、Ｘ
がｍに一致すれば次に変数ｙに１が加算される。この後
、ｙがｎに一致しているか否かが判断され、一致してい
なければ再びＬＡが計算され、さらにアドレスＡが順次
計算される。
一方、ｙがｎに一致すれば次に新たな先頭アドレスＳ　
Ａ　ｒ　が読出され、この後、このアドレスＳＡｉ　に
ついて同様の計算が行なわれる。；ｆニジて予めタイト
ルメモリ１７内に＋ｅｔＪｔされている６個の先頭アド
レスＳＡ＋〜ＳＡ６　について同様の計算が行なわれる
と終了する。なお、上記各計算に用いられる１９Ｍ　、
　ｍ　、　ｎは予め磁気ディスク２８に記憶された値あ
るいはサイズが用いられる。このフローチャートに基づ
く計算により、まず前記第３図中の各記憶領域３１〜３
６の先頭アドレスＳ　Ａ　ｉ　を除く左端のアドレスの
、ＳＡｉ　に対する増加分子、　Ａが順次算出され、次
に左端から右方向の各アドレスが順次算出される。した
がって、ここで計算されるアドレスＡによりアドレス指
定を行ない、文字パターン生成装置２９からの文字パタ
ーンな１ドツトずつページバッファ１４に記憶させるこ
とにより、画像情報に日付を付加することができる。
このように上記実施例によれば、画像の検索に先立って
付加せしめる日付を計時装置２９から発生することによ
って、画像の所定の位置にその日付を付加するようにし
ているので、従来のようにオペレータが記入したりする
等の操作は一切不要である。したがって、極めて簡単に
日付を付加せしめることができる。
なお、この発明は上記実施例に限定されるものではなく
種々の変形が可能である。たとえば上記実施例では付加
する文字パターンが日付である場合について説明したが
、これは時刻であってもよい。また付加する文字パター
ンの大きさおよび画像上の付力日位置も、前記磁気ディ
スク２８に記憶させておく各位あるいはアドレスＭ、Ｎ
、ｍ、ｎ、ＳＡ＋　〜ＳＡ６を変更することによって自
由に設定が可能である。さらに上記実施例では、画像の
検索時に画像に文字パターンを付加する場合について説
明したが、これは画像情報登録の際に行なうようにして
もよい。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明したようにこの発明によれば、一時記憶手段で
記憶されている画像情報上に、計時装置で発生した入力
コードに対応して発生した文字パターンを書込むように
したので、日時情報を容易に画像情報上に書込むことの
できる画像情報記憶検索装置を提供することができる。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）複数の画像情報を記憶する記憶手段と、上記複数
    の画像情報のうちの１単位分を一時的に記憶する一時記
    憶手段と、日時情報を発生するだめの計時手段と、この
    計時手段で発生した日時情報に対応した任意の文字パタ
    ーンを発生する文字パターン生成手段と、上記文字パタ
    ーン生成手段で発生した文字パターンを上記一時記憶手
    段に記憶される画像情報上に書込む制御手段とを具備し
    たことを特徴とする画像情報記憶検索装置。
  2. （２）前記制御手段は、前記文字パターンの発生条件に
    応じた大きさおよび画像情報上の位置に文字パターンを
    書込むように構成される特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の
    画像情報記憶検索装置。
