Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 第1の入口ポートと第1の出口ポートを備えた複合
    弁本体と、両ポート間の第1の弁座と、該弁座と対向し
    該弁座より幾分大きい直径を備・えた第1シリンダー室
    と、該弁座を閉じるよう移動自在な第1ポペツト弁を備
    え、該シリンダー室内で摺動自在なカートリッジと、該
    カートリッジを弁座閉鎖位置に向って付勢する該シリン
    ダー室内のはねと、第2の弁座を間に介在せしめた該カ
    ートリッジ内の第2の入口ポートと第2の出口ポートと
    、第2の弁座に対向し、第2の弁座より幾分大きい直径
    を有する第2シリンダー室と、第2の弁座・を閉じるよ
    うに第2シリンダー室内で摺動自在の第2ポペツト弁と
    、そのポペット弁を第2の弁座閉鎖位置に向けて付勢す
    る第2シリンダー室内のばねと、第2シリンダー室内に
    取り付けられ、第2ポペツト弁内の孔、及び、該カート
    リッジに固定され、且つ該孔を摺動自在に位置付けるス
    パッドからなる、第2シリンダー室内の圧力に露呈され
    る第2ポペツト弁の面積制御手段と、第1シリンダー室
    と第2シリンダー室を接続する制限通路と、第1シリン
    ダー室から導く制御通路とからなり、それにより、制御
    通路が排出に接続される際カートリッジが変位して第1
    弁座を開き、制御通路が負荷検出ポートに接続される際
    、第2ポペツト弁が第1の入口ポートと負荷検出ポート
    との間の一定差圧を維持し、制御通路がパイロット逃し
    弁に接続される際、第2ポペツト弁は第1の入口ポート
    における最高圧力をパイロット逃し弁の設定により決定
    される値に制限することを特徴とする除荷、逃し兼負荷
    補償複合弁。 2 第2ポペツト弁内の孔が実質的に第2シリンダー室
    と同心状であり、スパッドが比較的薄い肉厚の管状芯棒
    の上に支持されて、製造手生じる真の同心性からの僅か
    の変位により生じるスパッドの僅かの横方向運動を可能
    ならしめるようにしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第1項に記載の弁。
