Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. サーボモータ１の液圧制御装置であって、制御回路７と
    作業回路２２とを有し、制御回路７が１つのポンプ接続
    部９と１つのタンク接続部１１と２つの制御導管接続部
    １３．１４とを備えた制御媒体量調整装置８と、それぞ
    れ一方の制御導管接続部（１３又は１４）とサーボモー
    タ１の一方の作業室（３又は４）との間に接続された２
    つの制御弁２０，２１とを有し、作業回路２２が１つの
    ポンプ接続部３０と２つのタンク接続部３２，３３と圧
    力媒体をサーボモータ１に送るためとサーボモータ１か
    らタンク１２に戻すためとに用いられる２つの導管接続
    部２７．２８とを備えた、この導管接続部２７．２８の
    圧力を制御導管接続部１３．１４の圧力に等しく保つ圧
    力比較装置の形をした圧力調整装置２９と、それぞれ一
    方の導管接続部（２７又は２８）とサーボモータ１の一
    方の作業室（３又は４）との間に接続された２つの主弁
    ２３．２４とを有しており、制御弁２０，２１と主弁２
    ３，２４とがそれらに於いて生じる圧力差に関連した開
    口横断面を有しており、各主弁２３．２４に戻し部材４
    ６．４７が配属されており、これらの戻し部材４６．４
    ７がサーボモータ１の反対側の作業室（３又は４）に配
    属された分岐導管の圧力の影響を受けて開くように構成
    されており、圧力比較装置の形をした圧力調整装置２９
    がそれぞれ絶えず一方の制御導管接続部（１３又は１４
    ）に接続された２つの圧力室４０．４１を有している形
    式のものに於て、制御媒体量調整装置８が、中立位置に
    於て制御導管接続部１３゜１４をタンク接続部１１と接
    続する通路１７を有していることを特徴とする、サーボ
    モータの液圧制御装置。。
