Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　回転角を任意の位置に設定出来、バルブ管路を形成
    した操作軸と；該操作軸に対して１回転自在龜支持され
    、該操作軸との相対回転角に応じて上記バルブ管路を介
    して各々連通又は遮断される作動管路とドレーン管路と
    を形成した斜板と；該斜板に逆方向のトルクを与えるよ
    うそれぞれ油圧及び弾性力により付勢される小径ピ農ト
    ンと大径ピストンとを備え；前記大径ピストンには大径
    ピストン室と前記斜板の前記作動管路とを連通ずる連通
    管路を設け；前記操作軸の回転により、前記大径ピスト
    ン室を前記ドレーン管路に連通せしめたときは、前記小
    径ピストンの力が勝って一側回転方向にトルクを与え、
    前記斜板を回転せしめ、前記大径ピストン室を前記ドレ
    ーン管路から遮断したときは暉ピストンの受圧圧力が略
    同−となって前記大径ピストンの力が勝って前記斜板を
    他側回転方向にトルクを与え、前記操作軸の動きに前記
    斜板を追従せしめるようにしたことを特徴とする斜板型
    油圧ポンプ又はモータの流量制御装置。 ２　上記大径ピストンの内圧が、′オリフィスを介して
    上記小径ピストンの内圧と略同−にされることを特徴と
    する前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の斜板型油
    圧ポジプ又はモータの流量制御装置。 ３　上記大径ピストンの内圧が、上記操作軸に形成した
    連通路並びに上記斜板の作動管路を介して、上記小径ピ
    ストンの内圧と略同−にされることを特徴とする前記実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の斜板型油圧ポンプ又
    はモータの流・量制御装置。
